Horrible service, i came in on a Friday August 31s...

Horrible service, i came in on a Friday August 31st to place an order. I was told it would be ready Saturday before closing. Which was great i had a flight to Europe Saturday night. Saturday around 1pm i received a phone call saying order won t be ready until Monday by noon, at a total inconvenience to me and a $500 fee to me i changed my flight to Monday at 6pm. Monday i show up at 2pm and they tell me order won t be ready until 5pm. At this point i ask for a refund Iam not going to change my flight and incur more fees. They said they would issue refund. I leave on my trip come back a week later no refund has been issued i go to there location this morning and ask about my refund they simply say they forgot and will do it now. Horrible service and lack of consideration for there customers
