Price free canceled my vacation in March.
As indicated several times now, I want my money back from the booked trip. I no longer have faith in this company and the way customer service functions. I have sent 23 emails about the status of my canceled trip, I do not get clear answers to this.
It is very difficult for Prijsvrij to take a stand and communicate this unambiguously with the customer.

I just want my money back, I have already paid the full travel sum from January, and I have not been able to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. I have not received a personal response to date that they have been holding my money for so long while they are in default themselves. It's a shame how they treat their customers.
