Holiday canceled by corona, want to rebook with the voucher. Voucher does not work so I have to try 10x every day if the voucher has already been activated by the relevant department. This means that I have to fill in the booking every day and try to send it again. in the hope that the voucher will work. Very bad, I already had a bad experience after booking in January but their behavior now really goes wrong.

Yesterday after being on hold for 30 minutes also by phone, but it just says you will be emailed back later in the day.
Then you will receive an email that you just have to wait until your voucher code works, that is not possible. Why do you send a voucher that does not work?
I have been working for a week and no further, and the journey is gone or, as I read in many complaints, suddenly 400 euros more expensive. I paid neatly 2664 euros on time also because I understand that with the crisis you just have a financial problem.
But after payment 0.0 is done for me, this does not have to take a week, you have to agree with me !!
