As a person who's parents both required Ambulance and Transportation medical services many times of the past years. I want to say that every time Pridestar EMS had come to their aid/assist, the experience was amazing. My dad would always reference (on his tri-weekly trips to dialysis) that the team member who picked him up was always courteous, friendly and made him feel comfortable. He spoke of the driver as a friend which made it nice for me knowing this person had my dad's safety in his/her hands. With my mother she had many times where she needed a lift to the ER or specific DR's offices etc. She had a tendency to complain about many things ie: it's too hot, I'm too cold, it's too loud, etc. - and I always remember even with her complaints she never had anything bad to say about Pridestar. I'll tell you this as a person that saw his parents go through some wild health issues/concerns it was great to know there was a team like Pridestar EMS to get them where they needed to be.
