I bought an article sent by Mondialrelay. Given the crappy condition of the package I returned to the seller without having opened the same way. Normally we are supposed to validate the seller which allows the payment. But I had nothing validated, so the seller was not supposed to be paid. Apparently they have paid because they answer me that the retraction is not possible between individuals. Why, then ? First they did not have to pay this seller; then if they paid for it, it's just a site that serves to give good ratings to sellers. In the same situation, Amazon reimburses. In any case they would not have to pay the seller. And in addition they block my responses to their claim. too easy

A very reliable site, with excellent customer service. It is undoubtedly the best of site of sale of individual to individual on the fabric. Personally I am a fan, and I strongly recommend it.

I put 1 star because I can not put less. I wanted to buy a connected watch, the seller validated my order so I was charged 200 by rakuten. 1 hour after the seller cancels my order because it is out of stock. So I chose another seller and rebelotte !! I find myself charged 400 by rakuten which will only reimburse me in 5 to 10 days. It's a shame to work with sellers who don't even know their stock and rakuten keeps the money. I strongly advise against all purchases through this site.
