The worst after sales service I have ever known !!!
Paid hotline. 15cts / minute.
Each call takes 10 to 35 minutes to wait.
After 15 days my concern is still not solved for lack of response from the after-sales service.
My wallet is blocked and I cannot access it without changing my password. So I can't get MY money back.
The last Priceminister representative told me: "You are not alone in this case."
Either he confirms that his employer Priceminister is outdated and is not up to par.
Either he makes me understand that I can wait, like the others. I am not his concern.
Either both.
