Prezzo Ltd Review

visited on my daughters 9th birthday. Asked for a cake to be bought out at the end our meal as a surprise and they seem to have forgotten!!
Disappointed as she had mentioned during our meal that we had forgotten about cutting a cake.
Food was nice.

In my opinion nice interior, good food, acceptable prices and friendly service!

If this is Italian food then I am bugs bunny! Waited over an hour for dinner, the starters were very blunt, pasta dishes were ridiculously overcooked and tasteless. Ordered a couple of pasta dishes for the kids, not only the pasta was beyond overcooked, the tomato sauce felt like it was simply poured out of a can just before the plate left the kitchen.
Really bad, no wonder they are closing restaurants, at this day in age in a town like London and bearing in mind it s the center, this type of quality is beyond a joke!
Get a grip! Who the hell must feel proud to cook for this people?

The food is just delicious and we did love the place.

No air-conditioning on a hot May Bank Holiday made for a pretty uncomfortable dining experience. Drinks were slow to arrive. Food was slightly below usual Prezzo standard (good but not amazing). Staff were friendly butter not enough of then. I'm usually a fan of Prezzo but this one was "meh"

Great dishes of nicely prepared and presented Italian food. Saturday evening and we were seated straight away without a reservation. And a stones throw from the theatre we needed to get to.

Nice food although got starter order wrong. But was far too hot in there. Air conditioning poor

Nice food. Fair price (pro center london). We arrived very late, before the restaurant closed but even so they met us and were friendly with us.

A romantic meal in this restaurant gave me a nasty FOOD POISONING ( acute gastroenteritis), with over 14 hours of projectile vomiting, fainting and other unpleasant effects ( do not want to be too graphic) which required hospitalisation, intravenous drip and 5 days in bed. Have been promised a thorough investigation and submitted the hospital report, yet no one bothered to get back to me. I`ve waited long enough and the next stage is court.
If you value your health, DO NOT EAT THERE!!!

Terrible fake Italian restaurant. We got as a starter a caprese to share and there was only an half of mozzarella
The pizza was weird but the risotto with mushrooms DISGUSTING!

Had a salmon pasta dish. It was good. Quick service.

Food was average and the drinks were over priced but OH MY the waitresses Arse was enough to give this review 100 stars...

I loved the environment and the people. The personnel were really friendly and respectful.

Staff were very pleasant and attentive and assisted well with disabled member of party. Food arrived quickly and was of good quality. Only thing that really let it down was a slight mix up on bill... not a major issue but enough to knock a star off.

Food portion is big enough for sharing especially the pizzas, regular sizes are equivalent to large sizes in Malaysia. Even with our lousy conversion rate ( 5.4 ) I would consider the food to be quite affordable, considering it is in the middle of Trafalgar square.

Kids meal is worth it!! Pretty big portion and it was a full course meal with starter,main, dessert and a drink.

Decent service let down by not so good food but acceptable.

Very nice staff, standard chain Italian done well. Just round the corner from Trafalgar Square so you know it's going to be busy. I don't get into West End much so is very nice to visit it every once in a while. Where better to go than Trafalgar Square.

A lovely meal right in the heart of the museums and theatres

Super nice place close to National Gallery and Trafalgar Square. We were across the street at St. Martin's Church Vivaldi concert, and during the interval, ran over to Prezzo to get a boost: delicious coffee, excellent service, exactly what we needed. We ended up eating there twice in the days to follow. Excellent gluten free pizza- but also wide variety of classic continental and American food. All dishes fresh and excellently prepared. Knowledgeable staff. An oasis for the cognoscenti. Reasonably priced, great value. I wish I was there right now...

Meal uncooked despite a couple of attempts. So we were unable to all eat together. We were given 2 deserts as a gesture to make up for it going wrong.

Good food and ambience for a chain place, nice staff, great price, good wine. All very good.

Half of the service was excellent, and the other half was mediocre at best. Food was delicious as always in Prezzo.

The staff were a bit slow to serve us initially but once they did we really enjoyed it there. The atmosphere was great and the food was excellent. The staff turned out to be very good. I had two cannoli for dessert with a cup of tea. The cannoli were really good.

Was great food and left happy, but it took a long time for everything to happen.

Never had a bad meal at this Prezzo! Always great service just sometimes a little loud.

Great place if you want indigestion!!! 3 course meal served in less than an hour. The empty starter plates were taken away as the main meal arrived and I was still chewing the starter. Still waiting for the diet Pepsi I order. Yes it was a Saturday night and they want a quick turn over, BUT it was not enjoyable being rushed so quick. UPDATE. I complained and manager was really understanding. Said because of it being theatre land, most want quick service. And did not intend to rush us.

Food excellent, very well done, clean place, ambient sound, and a great service.

Went here for some lunch on a busy weekend. Other people in the restaurant who sat down after us where served first. One couple sitting next to us had finished their mains and we hadn't even seen our starters. Ended up walking out after 30 mins. I understand it is busy but when everyone else being served apart from you it is very irritating.

Got our food, drinks and bill wrong while also having the staff be really rude!! Our local Prezzo is lovely, don't know why this one's so awful.

Excellent authentic Italian food at a great price! Really enjoyed the downstairs eating area atmosphere as well.

Really helpful staff. Went there today with our disabled daughter and the waitress went out of her way to make everything perfect for her.

Highly recommended for folks who have to eat gluten free! Several options offered!! I have Celiac disease and had a pasta dish and the honeycomb smashed cheesecake for dessert! Walked out a very happy customer!! My husband, who does not have any dietary restrictions, loved the food. Service was average. We went during rush time. Restaurant atmosphere was great!! I wished there was a Prezzo back in the USA for me to enjoy more!!

Really not good. Starters overpriced, lacking quantity and tasteless, main meals tasted like microwave ready meals. Staff were not helpful, we ended up paying the bill so we could desperately leave, however the standard of the food was so terrible my girlfriend actually left to be sick. It took over 45 minutes to get our bill, and when we went to complain to the staff they just walked off. My advice - save your money and get a microwave ready meal as quality will be exactly the same. Terrible experience

The salmon penne dish was awesome and the drinks were wonderful as well!

We entered the restaurant at 22.00 and we were offered a narrow table, while other 3 were available, for no apparent reason. At least we insisted and we didn't pick the "proposed" table. Then the waitress was making inappropriate comments while taking the order, without keeping the distance between client-waitress. She was always commenting while taking the order. Then she forgot to bring one of the disses ordered. When she asked if everything was ok, while we have started eating, we complained that this dish was missing. After 20' they brought us the forgotten dish, as we were almost ready to go. That forgotten dish that took 20' to serve, was just chips! We ordered a carbonara and a burger, which were mediocre. The waitress kept on trying to make fun of us when she realized that we not happy with the service. Definitely not recommended.

Great place! My food came quick and it was very tasty. And also reasonably priced.

Quick service. Maybe too quick! Food was good value, good quality and a good atmosphere. Staff were attentive.

The pesto pasta were almost as good as my mom's. That's a real achievement

Slightly disgusted to hear a gentleman ask my partner are you stupid when trying to book a table with loud background noise.

30mins to get a beer and then about 1.5h for the pizza to come out.

We stopped to eat there, a quiet, pleasant place, although for my taste some tables too close to those of other people ... Good attention, waiting time within normal, rich food, you can not fail much asking pasta Bolognese and carbonara. Desserts (tiramisu and panacota) very good.

The food was amazing. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic! I also went to Prezzo with a few of my girlfriends and they have amazing drinks for a reasonable price! Especially if you're visiting London, I would recommend you stop by at Prezzo and get a drink!

2 stars for friendly staff and efficient service, nice location but food was very poor on reduced menu with voucher. Wouldn't go again. Dry tasteless pizza. Ok pudding.

A great place to grab some food before the theatre.

The staff were extremely helpful and managed to navigate my friend who is particularly difficult.

This is an Italian restaurant with several branches in London alone. The taste of the food is not very special, but you can get the service of a neat interior and a neatly dressed server.

Very reasonably priced for a delicious meal! Make sure to get dessert!!!
