Fast casual Italian chain restaurant in a high-traffic location near Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery. Food is high quality, and service prompt (though restaurant was completely packed with diners). Good pizzas and salads.

Amazing food, I really like this chain. As an advice, ask for the special menu, which includes something like starter/dessert and main for 12GBP. They do not give you the special menu unless you ask, so be adviced :D

If you have to eat here it's not terrible. I'm generally against large chains like this but I was dragged here by a coworker. The food wasn't bad but the taste and quality isn't anywhere near what you would find at a lot of other pasta places. I had the sausage ravioli which I enjoyed, but you won't find me coming back here.

Arrived 12:45, ordered 13:10, now 14:20 and no food or explanation. Will most certainly not be coming back!!

(Food now here. No apology offered; average pasta)

It s not a bad place; but there s no communication with the customer and not really endemic of a relaxing Sunday lunch with friends when you re all hungry

Amazing food that was fantastic value.

Amazing food that was fantastic value.
They didn't seem bothered when a group of people turned up after the "No pants tube ride" with no trousers on.

We always enjoy our local Prezzos greatly which is why we booked this one in London. Sadly the food and service was not up to the usual standard. Parts of our order were completely wrong and the staff were very indifferent throughout. Generally a great chain to eat at but this particular restaurant lets them down.

Nice restaurant, with friendly staff. Starter was very tasty (pictured), unfortunately the pizza for main was disappointing - I've probably had better frozen pizzas. Sadly the dessert was meh / give or take too :( Mocktail drink we had with the meal was refreshing & tasty through! Super convenient central location near Trafalgar Square - so all in all I think a mixed bag 4 star rating is pretty accurate

Most of menu was not available. Toilets out of order and poorly maintained. Have always found prezzo to be expensive for what you get but this has to be the worst one and right on the edge of Trafalgar square!

Such a amazing place. My fiance and I have been there for post valentines dinner and was fabulous. Welcoming, smiling and very friendly staff. The restaurant was full but the orders were coming very quickly. Everything fresh and tasty. Thank you Prezzo. We definitely will come back.

Gorgeous food, cosy environment and VERY sweet and caring staff (I couldn't manage all of my food so our waiter brought me a little box and wrapped it up so I could eat it later - such a nice touch, would love it if more places did this!)

I was looking at somewhere to eat for myself and my husband, before visiting a photographic exhibition in the Mall Galleries and a colleague mentioned that there was a Prezzo's nearby. That would be our choice every time and we weren't disappointed. Good food and service. Glad we got in when we did (around 5.30pm), as got very busy.

A surprisingly outstanding restaurant based in Theatreland of the West End of London. All 5 of us were totally impressed by the very quick and attentive service we received before we had to rush off to a performance over the road at the The London Coliseum.. it was very much appreciated. Thanks to all staff :)

Food was ok but the service very poor. Cramped, noisy and when another customer smashed their beer bottle and spilt drink all over our table, floor and my chair I was brushed aside for staff to clear up and no staff even apologised or even acknowledged it! Won t be coming back.

We ate here yesterday. The waitress was pleasant and fine. However the food was terrible. I ordered the pollo rusticana which I often choose at our local Prezzo in Wokingham. The sauce tasted artificial as if from a jar or tin and the chicken pieces bore no resemblance to the chicken served in Wokingham and had seemingly been prepared in a different way - just white pieces of chicken with no specialised pre- cooking. The gorgonzola pasta tasted and appeared equally "artificial". Very disappointed and we couldn't finish our meals. Not what we expect from Prezzo :(

Slow and inattentive service. Many mistakes with our order. We ordered starters which got lost. We frequently had to ask for things like drink top ups, parmesan for dishes, if we could order mains/ deserts. Food was nice but don't expect good service.

Extremely handy since we were going to the Coliseum across the road & I wanted somewhere with gluten-free options. Also they accepted my Tastecard even though I hadn't booked in advance (often a necessity).

Visited London with my sister for a week, we had a fab time!
London had many restaurants but one that stood out for us was Prezzo,
We visited this Prezzo 4 times within the week that we were there. I tried many dishes from their menu.
My sister fell in love with their delicious chicken fungi that comes with a side of mix salad, and a also with the amaretti carrot cheesecake.
Whereas myself quite fancied the chicken bacon avocado salad.
Thank you Prezzo for your endless optional menu and great service.

Great place to eat before an evening at the theatre and no queue, even though we hadn't booked. Even better with a 40% off code from the Prezzo app. Loved the calzone followed by the mini cheesecake and coffee.

The restaurant was clean and a nice place to grab some food between tourist attractions. The set lunch menu was also good value for money.

I found the service a little brusk, not that anything bad was said, just the way they said it. Food was average for me. The starter, grilled goats cheese, was very good, but the main, a pizza, was just okay. I think I've had nicer pizza from Domino's.

The restaurant is well maintained, but that's the only good thing. We were 6 people and would've complained at the restaurant if we did not have to go to a theatre showing.

Our drink orders were taken swiftly but we waited a long time to get them, and they got it slightly wrong and forgot our tap waters for the table. Next we ordered our food and waited even longer to get our starters. When they came they were all cold. 2 of us got the soft baked stuffed mushrooms and they looked different from each other. One of them had the filling missing from 2 of the mushrooms.

Then we waited a while for our plates to be collected, and even longer for our mains to arrive. One waitress gave a very snide and aggressive remark while we were trying to catch her attention to ask to clear our plates so we could get the mains. With an aggressive gaze and tone she says "what... something you want? Why are you looking at me?"... all because we were looking to try and get her attention because we didn't plan on staying here all night!

Then we got our mains, at this point it was no surprise that they were cold. 2 people ordered the same pizza - 1 regular and 1 large size. The large pizza had fewer toppings than the regular!! Anyway the one redeeming quality was that the food tasted good. We finished off, paid and left. We were initially going to get dessert but with that low quality and slow service we didn't want to be there anymore. Sadly we won't be returning there again.

One of the low-key best places to eat in the Leicester Square area - exquisite house red wine, followed by a spectacular cheesy Carbonara Al Forno, with attentive and friendly service! Only negative part about our meal was that it had to end! Will definitely be back!
