My experience was terrific.
I was referred to Tom Toppi my salesperson at Prestige Subaru dealership by a friend who also had an excellent experience. After inquiring with Subaru dealerships in my area, and getting to a place of frustration and dissatisfaction I decided to call Tom. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who was direct , honest, knowledgeable and did not waste time playing the usual cat and mouse game other dealerships prescribe to. Tom was receptive to my sensitivity toward getting the Outback with the options I wanted while keeping my monthly payments as low as possible, without all the haggling and let me speak to my manager talk. This more than justified working with the Prestige dealership in Turnersville, which was about 70 miles from my home. When I arrived to pick up my car, it took about a hour to sign all paperwork, with Tom spending majority of time teaching /setting me up with all the great features on the car for me to utilize, well worth the trip! I would highly recommend Tom Toppi he knows how to address customers needs with great knowledge and patience with no BS.
