I really need someone to email me. I have called and sent many emails trying to get ahold of a member of management. Both branches Dallas and the Austin location. The 2 different email addresses I've been given I cannot send mail to always get a return email saying not a good address. Will someone please help me. I have some issues I dont want to publicly air at the moment. Would be better if I talked with someone. Please help.

It would of been nice for some sort of communication with me about the sell of the property. (Example ... I apologize that this has happened but we are in the process of switching magement teams please be patient with this process and someone will be available to handle your situation) But instead you gave me contact information to get a hold of you all. I put alot of time and thought into the emails I sent with hopes of some kind of conclusion to my issue. I truly hope you dont treat other peoples concerns as you did mine. I've been very polite and informative with the information I provided only to be ignored and shoved to the side. Thanks presidium for leaving my family and I homeless.
