I am on my 3rd year here at Solaris Apartments in Austin. I do not have any complaints at all-for the 3rd year in a row. I would like to make one suggestion however. Unfortunately, the dog owners at this property do not seem to have any common courtesy with regard to cleaning up their dog messes. It is so bad, that I can no longer even navigate through all the messes on the grass when going to the store. I suggest a notice be sent to all dog owners, along with periodic reminders, and possible signs. With that said, I would like to take a moment to comment on the excellent service provided by the Office Staff here. Without exception, I have nothing but great things to say about the attitudes, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff here. And among all these very professional staff members, I would like to give special mention to Christian. She is just "over the top" in all the areas-best of the best! Great staff here, plan to renew again for year 4 in May. Dave Allen
