Working at Presidium for the last two years has been a great experience for me. I loved working as a Leasing Consultant and engaging with the residents, however the door of opportunity opened for me quickly. I am currently working as a Customer Relations Manager and also assist with the training of new employees in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. One of the points that I stress to new employees is that my story is not unusual and that growth and development opportunities are there, they just need to reach out and grab it. I am happy to be part of Presidium Group, they are by far one the fairest companies I have ever been a part of.

Absolutely wonderful company to work for. I have worked for Presidium for a little over two years and can not imagine being anywhere else. Me and my family moved to The Link and we have had such a wonderful time here. We love our place and the people here. They keep up with their apartments and treat everyone so great.

I ve been living at the pearl for a year and I m sad to leave, the office staff is great and wonderful especially Alexis, Austin, Antoinette, Jesse and even the new guy Kole. Will miss y all thank you for everything

I moved in May 1st. Property management at the pearl in college station is doing a great job. Jesse has been one of the most dependable whether its maintenance or any customer service. I want to say thank and cant forget about Antoinette and Alexis you rock!

Do not even waste your time attempting to rent here. These people have totally bullshit me for the past 3wks. I submitted everything requested of me with my application, including the fees, and never got a response. I know for sure it does not take more than one week to process an application and I'm not even sure they actually did anything. I tried contacting the office manager, and she never returned my calls (if someone actually answered the phone) and No one within their corporate office would either. All wanted was my money back, since they cant seem to do their Damn jobs. I'm taking this to small claims court

My family and I stopped by this property to get info on leasing an apartment and Adriana provided all the info we were inquiring about, she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and the property. Highly recommend this property!

I've been living at he pearl for almost a year now and have enjoyed my time. It is a great place for my family, we love the pools and the grills! Would recommend a friend!!

I started renting almost a year ago. The staff was recently very helpful with a personal problem I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and followed up daily until I was in a better situation. I can't say enough good things about all of them. Thank you so much Solaris! YOU ROCK!!!

I have been working with Presidium for a while. As a team member, I really love the company and co-workers around me. People are so professional and generous to help. We also have a lot of team building events. We have Happy Hours, Birthday Lunch, Golf Events, etc. I really enjoy working and having fun with people here. Presidium is great!

I am form the link apartments I've been here 15 years & ever since presidium has taken over I've seen a lot of nice and beautiful things happen.

They don t respond to complaints about their managers. I ve now had to go to the TX Attorney General regarding an ongoing issue with one of their properties.

I have been working at Presidium Group for going on 4 months now. I have never worked for a company that is so passionate and knowledgeable about thier business. Every single employee works hard to strive for greatness and greatly improves the lives of our residence. We make properties attractive and safe for the current and future residence as well as staff. I know how much effort and thought goes into making the properties nice, but the constant work our property management teams does is what sets us apart.

the link is a great place to call home. ladies are nice, its so clean.

The Staff at The Branch has been really great! The Maintenance team is always willing to help with my service request. I will say you all are lucky to have such a great team there.

Horrible management company for the apartment we rented. They charged an entire month of utilities although we moved out on contract ending date which was May 15th. Their answer was they prorate the rent but not the utilities. REALLY? No one answers the call at the headquarters in Dallas or Austin.

If you like roaches, inflated utility bills, and hidden fees not disclosed in your lease agreement, then Presidium Properties are the place for you. Nobody is as good at neglecting their renters while simultaneously gouging them out of their paycheck as Presidium.

The Link is a great community. I have just renewed and love the service and attention they give.

The Link apartments which is owned by Presidium is such a great apartment. The staff is nice and friendly. They do a lot to help the community. My agent was Mrs. Tante and I could not be happier with the customer service I received from her! Keep up the good work!

I have been living at the Link apartments for over two years and the connection with the community has gotten so much better! From movie nights, back to school parties, Christmas parties etc.! This has been a nice place to call home.

Thank you for My daughters first experience living in an apartment a horrible experience at Jax apartment. Glad she is coming home to save money. Thank you for screwing the young people not on government assistance, not having babies the government supports and busting her ass every day to pay rent on time for an entire year. She didn't get to use her frig or panty due to bugs but that's okay I enjoyed her visits and cooking for her. I work everyday in customer service as a nurse to Medicaid patients in which I pay over 800 a month for my family to be covered. But I help in anyway I can regardless of their insurance and my struggles. Thank you for teaching her to read contracts and not listening and trusting people to do the right thing at 21 years old. When she told you she was moving when her lease was up over and over and told you she was not resigning the lease. You guys knew but to take the extra compassion to explain it needs to be in writing to her was way too much to ask. I understand that's going the extra mile because you can see how old she is and by her age doesn't have a lot of rental experience. I also understand it's about going by the contract and not helping people because the need it. So when you clearly circled it to show her in your rude demeanor, thanks for doing your job so well with not a care in the world about others and what they are going through. Thanks from her mom

The Link has been our best home. Security office and maintenance are great!

Before handing over any money to these people (ANY of their properties) I suggest folk take time to read the BBB complaints about this company. They are not even registered with the BBB and after dealing with them I do not have to wonder why.

Moving into the link today. The process has been so easy and stress free. Our leasing agent was so nice and attentive. The day she was not in the other ladies were really nice to help and manager presented herself to us. I have never been to a property were i have felt so at home and welcomed. You have a great property at the link.

The Pearl has been very accommodating to my needs. Each time I need something done the leasing staff helps me out with putting down a maintenance request and I end up getting what I need done fixed quick.

I love living at the Branch. The Manager and team is awesome. You all are lucky to have a great staff running the Branch!

OMG I came and used the newly repaired heated pool and it was awesome. My kids had a blast that we will be here on weekends! Thank you management at the Branch at Medical Center.
