Pathetic. I noticed some employee wrote back that they are registered with the BBB. What they didn t mention is that they re rated 1.0 on customer reviews. Oversight I m sure.

So in our master bedroom at The Entro in Dallas, we ve had a roof leak basically since we moved in, which was 3/10/2017. Periodically, they actually would send their low-skilled workers to paint over the leak with mold killing paint. Over time, the inherent weakness in the ceiling gave out and we now have a sizable hole in our ceiling with another one starting to open up.

It s been 40 days since I made the latest maintenance order. All I get is excuses, one of which was the fact that their inherently flawed chiller system keeps breaking every week in this record hot Texas summer. This is a categorical, paradigmatic example of breach of contract and flat out negligence. These issues with the ceiling have contributed a heavy presence of mold in the ceiling which has triggered multiple doctor visits for all 3 of us.

This is not the only issue we ve had with them. It s just the most egregious.

These are heinous slum lords. Don t waste your time.

My experience staying at the surround apartments in irving, texas have been awful. Leaking roof inside bed room for the past 4 months and still leaking at this point. I reported a leaking sink 7 days ago and no one has come by to fix. The management/maintenance team is unreliable and marginal at best. I would not advise anyone to stay at these apartments and call it home. My wife and I are moving out as soon as the lease is up.

I recently moved from Boerne and I was looking for a home. I searched the medical center area and saw a lot of apartments. If you re looking for a great community that cares about their residents and works hard to make a difference then The Branch at the medical center is where you want to be. Mia, Marilyn, and Letty are wonderful, hardworking and helped to accommodate my expectations to find my home. I m a very particular person and I pride myself in having high standards and expectations and these ladies were able to exceed them.

The constant growth of this company creates motivation for everyone involved! Over the past 4 years Presidium has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally and has supported me in all of my endeavors. Treating others with the utmost respect and professionalism is stressed throughout the company and I have personally witnessed this throughout all of our properties. I have dealt with residents on several occasions who needed to move to different areas of Austin specifically ask where our properties are located!

I lived in these apartments for 3 years. never complained about anything and always paid on time. Ive had my car towed 2 times. Each time that I renewed my lease Gema stated that I would have to reapply each time and pay an application fee. The rent went up by more than $250 due to renovations. If I could get a renovated apartment I was told that again I would have to do another Application to transfer and pay the transfer fee. What I dont agree with is the apartments charging market rate for an apartment that has not been renovated. Gema stated that they could charge more for the renovations even if the current unit is not renovated. during the whole process i felt that I was being bullied to stay in my current unit that in the previous 3 years NEVER gotten any upgrades even though I paid for it. There was always an AC issue and The electric bill was always through the roof. Foundation issues and the water from the sinks smelled like sewage. The surfacing in the restrooms pealed every 3 months and looked terrible. However, I fell into a custody issue an explained my situation to the property manager Gema and asked if I could have a little time to pay the rent to get an attorney. Gema refused to work with me and stated that she had her superiors to answer to. I asked to speak to her superiors and I was then referred to a Mr Molina form the Management group and I was given time to pay. However, Mr. Molina verbally told Gema to allow me time to pay and 3 days later Gema still filed eviction. I felt that Gema was upset that I went over her head and got what I needed due to my unique situation. I received an email from Gema showing the eviction was granted and I called her but she refused to respond. I called Mr. Molina and He stated that I spoke with Gema the eviction was already filed and nothing can be done but, I had time to pay still until the writ of possession was filed. Gema did not follow the agreement that her manger and I agreed to therefore charging me still for the eviction fee when I should'nt have. My lease was up in 2 months so, at this point I felt that I had been cheated and gave written notice that I would not sign another lease. I fulfilled my promise to pay that Mr. Molina and I agreed to but was still charged the eviction fee. At this point the $250 eviction fee was added to my next months rent which I needed time to pay this and Gema refused to work with me even though I felt like I was not responsible for her mistake. I was then referred back Mr. Molina for him to make the final decision to grant me the time to pay the full months rent plus the filling fee's. I was then told by Gema that Mr. Molina rejecting working with me giving me time to pay. Now I have an eviction on my rental history which is preventing me to get another apartment. AND To find out that the lift apartments is charging me $3600 and has already sold this account to a collection agency that will not give proof that I am making payments toward the $3600. How do I owe this amount when there was only 1 month left on my lease? I feel that I have been taken advantage of and cheated and Left on the street with children. I am a single father supporting my children like a father should. I am not perfect and have made mistakes in my life but, I think that the business practice of this property management group has no compassion for their tenants. Don't move into these apartments nor any Presidium Apartment Groups residence. They will take advantage of you and will not work with you and evict you and over charge you. Whats even more amazing about this story is after all of this, I called the complex back to see if I could pay the entire amount and possible apply again, Gema calls Mr. Molina to ask if I payed the amount in full could I move back in and Mr. Molina stated that the eviction would have to be 2 years old. wow. So it seems as though I was railroaded out of the complex with 1 month remaining on the lease. rent which was $850 but the balance was $3600 that looks like pure profit.

Being a resident at the Link has been such a life ...

Being a resident at the Link has been such a life changing experience! The Link has become more than a place that I live, but a safe haven for me. Before living at the Link I did not know any of my neighbors or was connected to my community. But once I came to the Link, I became more than just a resident, I became apart of a family. The many events have lifted my spirits and given me a renewed sense of giving back and building relationships with my neighbors. It has allowed me to pay if forward to those that I work with, socialize with, and in my faith community. The fitness center has allowed me the time to de-stress and reach my goals of personal weight loss encouraging other resident to come along with me in my journey! The staff has been nothing short of Amazing and very intentional giving 5-star customer service! I recently got into a car wreck loosing my car and suffered from a lot of pain! The staff asked how I was and offered me complimentary snacks and listen to me and ensured me that I would be okay after the aftermath. This meant a lot to me not having family close by. The Link became the missing link in this moment of time becoming the instant friendship, counselor, and family that I needed. The Link apartments is and exemplary property for the Presidium Group, and I truly believe they model the values of the Presidium Group and thrive on Excellence. Thank you so much for giving me a place that has become my refuge! Thank you for becoming the Link that has brought the different pieces of my life together!

Three Stars: Because of the day to day people that...

Three Stars: Because of the day to day people that take care of the real issues. Like the Property management, leasing agents, and maintenance. While the Presidium management does nothing to help and seems only to hinder their progress. The "security," is deplorable.

The Bad:
I have lived at the Presidium managed, Villas at Tenison for getting close to two years. In this time someone that has lived with me has been robbed, as well as multiple neighbors. Each time the concern is voiced to the management team the most detailed answer I can get is that they have sent the information up the "chain." There has not once been a warning issued to the residents to inform them, so that they are aware and more importantly aware of what to be cautious of. Each incident seems to be slid under the rug. After the first incidents there was "security," provided in the from of a group that drives through the complex harassing the residents for being out and about in the area for which they live. Then to drive in from wherever else they have been, doing whatever they are doing (I know this because I have gotten to my apartment at this time and seen them driving from the shopping center area over a mile from the complex) to lock up the washing/drying center and speed off. Even when there have been incidents if you question them to attain information which directly pertains to the safety of the residents of the complex they will tell you that it is yes I quote, "not your business." Also I have been paying for "pest control," since the first day I moved in and have only one time in almost two years had someone come spray and do a pest preventative. The apartments are known for having bugs. So needless to say mine does, and it has been a constant personal fight to get rid of them.

The Good:
Now then for me personally other than this, maintenance has been great when I submit a request it has been taken care of usually the same day or on whatever day I set up with management. The maintenance people are friendly and a true pleasure. As well as most of the management team. Eric and Ferris (I believe I got Ferris right) are down right great! They are concise and do whatever they can to answer you in a speedy manner. As well as the fact they go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. They even worked with me as well as a property manager to ensure my rent did not raise astronomically when I resigned my lease. Thank you to all parties involved there as I have been a loyal, respectful tenant and was not looking for a major rate increase due to other issues listed.

My two cents:
I have enjoyed my time here, mostly due to my wonderful neighbors, the maintenance people, and the leasing agents. As far as Presidium's Management. I see them as a company that will cut corners and pinch pennies in any way they can. No matter if it effects their residents quality of living or not. While also raising rates. So Presidium Management my suggestion, take care of your residents needs and safety. Give your leasing agents and property management teams the ability to actually take care of residents requests. Because they try to and they want to but they can only do as much as the people that manage them allow them to.

Presidium has allowed ME to be ME! If you knew me, you would know I am high energy, loving and LOUD! It works! This company has allowed me to offer my gifts and talents, and has shaped my knowledge. I started as a temp, now I am a Community Director. They recognize hard work, and the BEST part is, knowledge is FREE as well as SMILES. All you have to do is ask how to do something and the help is there. Presidium Family is just that! A family! I am proud to be a part of such an amazing company.

I'm just curious, why do I have to wait 30 days for my deposit to be refunded when I was not offered an apartment. I was also told that they needed to print a check for the refund. Why
not just reimburse me the same way that I paid, online via my bank account! Seems crooked to me. They haven't heard the last of me.

Lived in a complex which they managed. The complex did not manage the pest control issues and charged for pest control management. Escalated it within the complex and was not resolved. Repeatedly. Daily. Reached out to presidium with no reply, no response. We always paid our rent on time and in full. Contacting local news outlets now as they shorted us on our full deposit upon moving out with no explanation. Sold to a new company. They are not responsible, unprofessional and don t even deserve 1 star. Very disappointing to see that in other ways they receive good reviews and give good service. Shameful.

For some time we had family telling us to move to The Link. Well finally our lease was up we applied and are moving in soon. We came to sign our lease and take a look at our apartment like always our lady was so nice and attentive manager was kind saying hello everytime we came. Our apartment is clean and well maintained.

The fraudsters have refused to return my deposit o...

The fraudsters have refused to return my deposit or provide an explanation as required by Texas Property Code 92.109. They have told both me and my former roommate (both attorneys) that the check was in the mail. Now the property is sold and they are refusing to return calls. That's ok. Lawyers talk and I know how many suits and complaints have been filed against them recently. It looks like this will be going to litigation as I just left a message for their attorneys, the Bukowski Law Firm in Austin.

EDIT: Their idiot attorney is too stupid to realize his clients are lying to him when they said they provided me a move out statement. The statement he provided is dated two weeks after I moved out so they couldn't have given it to me. He's also too stupid to realize that we didn't owe any money when we moved out but that his idiot clients hadn't credited our account for not living there a full month. Not even worth the litigation. Hope you enjoy your $250 you absolute fraudsters stole.

Wonderful management staff. Very helpful and responsive. Christian and Adriana have been a fantastic asset to this property. Any questions I ve had are always answered promptly and addressed. Property events have always been fun and filled with great giveaways. Community members are welcoming and friendly. The vendors that work at this property are top notch and Ive never had a complaint about anyone. Very pleased with my experience at this property and Presidium Group as a whole.
