Three Stars: Because of the day to day people that...

Three Stars: Because of the day to day people that take care of the real issues. Like the Property management, leasing agents, and maintenance. While the Presidium management does nothing to help and seems only to hinder their progress. The "security," is deplorable.

The Bad:
I have lived at the Presidium managed, Villas at Tenison for getting close to two years. In this time someone that has lived with me has been robbed, as well as multiple neighbors. Each time the concern is voiced to the management team the most detailed answer I can get is that they have sent the information up the "chain." There has not once been a warning issued to the residents to inform them, so that they are aware and more importantly aware of what to be cautious of. Each incident seems to be slid under the rug. After the first incidents there was "security," provided in the from of a group that drives through the complex harassing the residents for being out and about in the area for which they live. Then to drive in from wherever else they have been, doing whatever they are doing (I know this because I have gotten to my apartment at this time and seen them driving from the shopping center area over a mile from the complex) to lock up the washing/drying center and speed off. Even when there have been incidents if you question them to attain information which directly pertains to the safety of the residents of the complex they will tell you that it is yes I quote, "not your business." Also I have been paying for "pest control," since the first day I moved in and have only one time in almost two years had someone come spray and do a pest preventative. The apartments are known for having bugs. So needless to say mine does, and it has been a constant personal fight to get rid of them.

The Good:
Now then for me personally other than this, maintenance has been great when I submit a request it has been taken care of usually the same day or on whatever day I set up with management. The maintenance people are friendly and a true pleasure. As well as most of the management team. Eric and Ferris (I believe I got Ferris right) are down right great! They are concise and do whatever they can to answer you in a speedy manner. As well as the fact they go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. They even worked with me as well as a property manager to ensure my rent did not raise astronomically when I resigned my lease. Thank you to all parties involved there as I have been a loyal, respectful tenant and was not looking for a major rate increase due to other issues listed.

My two cents:
I have enjoyed my time here, mostly due to my wonderful neighbors, the maintenance people, and the leasing agents. As far as Presidium's Management. I see them as a company that will cut corners and pinch pennies in any way they can. No matter if it effects their residents quality of living or not. While also raising rates. So Presidium Management my suggestion, take care of your residents needs and safety. Give your leasing agents and property management teams the ability to actually take care of residents requests. Because they try to and they want to but they can only do as much as the people that manage them allow them to.
