We can't say enough nice things about Greg and the Premier Basement team. From framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, plumbing and painting, workers were on time, clean and courteous.
This was a huge investment and they delivered in every aspect. We trusted them with our biggest investment, our home, and they delivered.
Came to see the job but I guess it wasn t big enough because we never heard back. I called 3 weeks later and they never returned the call. Make sure your job is minimum $50k before you call them for a quote
We called Premier for a quote on finishing a basement. Greg arrived and provided a very thorough quote. We then had 5 other companies quote us. Premier was not the least expensive but Greg was very trust worthy and his quote was very very thorough so we went with them. They were awesome. Everything was done to schedule and the basement looks fantastic. All of the staff from Premier were extremely professional and courteous I would definitely recommend them!!
Just moved to NF and had a contractor come to measure my basement for an estimate! Waited 3 months and heard nothing from him. I then called premier and am I ever happy that I did! Greg came over and was back with a quote within one week-a figure well within our budget. Premier started work shortly after and completed the job quickly! They are well organized and provided a detailed pay schedule for each step of the construction! I have never used a better contractor!
We are very pleased with the work Premier Basement Builders did. We only needed the framing and drywall done as we were looking to finish the rest ourselves. They were happy to do the partial job and fit us in quickly. Both Greg and his crew were very polite and easy to work with. We recommend them to anyone that is looking to have work done!
Greg came to view basement and seemed like a nice guy who knew what he was talking about... He said he would get back to us in a week with a quote for the basement, and never got back to us... Now 3 months later of me calling and calling, leaving voicemail after voicemail with no return phone call at all. We are now looking for someone else to finish our basement.

They just completed our full basement of about 950 SF including a 3 piece bath, bedroom and open concept family room with gas fireplace.
