Me and my wife have been to the store a couple of times now and the cafe is great with lovely staff and excellent food. The first visit was a couple of months back and we purchased a soup maker which works great. Today we called in to purchase a actifry. The staff are always very helpful I just have 1 little gripe and maybe it s not Lakeland s fault and maybe they did not know but the instructions are in several languages bar English. Still a great place though!
My friend and I recently had coffee and toast in your amazing cafe. However we are both gluten free and asked for gluten free toast which was served with no problem.at all. Our comment would be that my friend chose to have peanut butter as her topping and I chose the lemon curd both of which were delicious as was the toast . Sadly at no stage were we or anyone around us asked about PEANUT ALLERGY !! Which as we know can be fatal to somebody with this . Perhaps you should rethink this topping ??
Not my cup of tea to be honest but My wife and daughter love it. They have a good play area upstairs near the cafe. The shop stocks everything you could think of for home cooking/baking and plenty more you would never think. This is kitchen gadget heaven!
This place is an impulse buyers nightmare but joking aside it's a really fantastic shop with premium high quality products. If you're filling stockings this year then look no further.
Can't resist the place! I always swear that I'm only calling in for a snack but end up making at least one purchase in the shop. Great and unusual domestic choices.
Large bright building with lots and lots of homeware related products. Quite pricey. Good sized car park although access from (and back out onto) the main road is quite hairaising at times as it is situated near a busy junction. Cafe on the first floor serves a varied menu.

Always loved Lakeland and their products, primarily from a cooking perspective. Today s visit was to find desk/home tidy type storage and there was a good range. In fact this store is so big they have a full range of everything. With cafe upstairs if you need it.

Love this shop! Excellent customer service, staff pleasant and friendly. Great quality products! Treated ourselves to some new cookie cutters! ( Amongst other things!) Staff always pleased to help. Cafe serves lovely food, especially cake! Their Tiffin is a fab treat on a wet day!
Very expensive, but great ideas & gadgets for everything
For some reason the Australian liquorice from this place tastes better than if you buy it from anywhere else. The place is well laid out and if your looking for some obscure bits and bobs for the kitchen this is the place to go.

Posh flagship store which stocks everything you could desire. The prices are usual lakeland prices but the carpark is big and shop feels welcoming. On the first floor there's a nice cafe which does good Hot Chocolates
First impressions, superb building, grounds well maintained, on entering the the store we were greeted by a member of staff, as for the store itself very well presented, plenty of room between the Isle and nothing out of place all the staff smiling, then up to the first floor restaurant again emaqulat all staff friendly and helpful, I've got to give both staff and owners 10 out of 10, it was a pleasure to be in this store.
What's not to like!! Full of stuff you don't need but want anyway! Great place to visit and very good cafe.

Has just about everything you could want for around the home when it comes to cleaning, laundry or cooking. Huge open plan display area with a restaurant on the upper level. Very helpful staff.

Visited this store with my friend yesterday, ordered 2 coffees unfortunately one off them the milk was off, spk to member of staff who was happy to replace it, my friend did not want another one was put off she asked for a glass of water was given a glass of Luke warm tap water, we were not charged for the coffees but very disappointed with the staff's attitude, definitely wont be back and would not recommend

Amazing , innovative products, product knowledge outstanding. The customer service is paramount to the business and is to a very high level. The staff were polite,professional and exceptionally helpful. They also help and contribute to local charities. The 3 year guarantee is one of the best around and I would be lost without my Lakeland 3 tier dry soon airer.

A nice place to have a look around for kitchenware. The layout of the building is very nice and spacious and staff are very helpful, there is a lot of unusual items in this shop which make for great gifts but also has your general kitchenware items for every day use. Definitely worth a visit.
Products are good, innovative, generally good quality. Sometimes a bit pricy but ok if you're careful when purchasing! Cafe is superb. Even offer decaf cafeterie coffee, a rare treat. Customer service throughout the facility is second to none, from the level of professionalism to the friendliness - Lakeland do it right. Have visited several times, will be coming again
I love Lakeland. Not a cheap shop but the goods are quality. The cafe is great but always busy so you might have to wait to get a table.

We called in on the way back from a very wet weekend camping, to pick up a couple of items from Lakeland. Lovely spacious store with very helpful staff. Unfortunately we opted to treat ourselves to a meal in the first floor restaurant. Service was good, meal very well presented, but frankly awful and to add insult, expensive too.
Lakeland customer services and product ranges are fantastic The catalogues are big and colourful. Customer call centre people are very friendly and smile down the phone and have extensive knowledge on products you want to buy. Delivery is very good and items come packaged well in sturdy cardboard boxes. A very big thank you to everyone at Lakeland. Keep it up! I love being their customer. Customer is king at Lakeland. Bought lots of chocolates from them today Merry Christmas and a very happy New year.
Went to Lakeland yesterday and really enjoyed my afternoon's shopping trip, as usual a fantastic experience.
Very helpful staff as always. Lady helped me find the "fill your own crackers" for Xmas. Down side was very bored husband as there were no newspapers to read and he felt awkward sitting in the upstairs area waiting for me. Please bring back the newspapers for bored husbands! Fantastic place only visited twice, but felt I was in "wonderland"! I visit my local store and buy on line for the heavy or big orders and everything is sent and packed so well. Thank you to Linda who packed my latest parcel .Be seeing you again for my pre Christmas parcel.
Very clean, well organised. Social distancing measures adhered to. It is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but good selection of items.
Waiting on staff were very good. Menu has been changed and sadly isn't as good as before. Available choices are not as good, but prices remain the same. Seems to be less local produce, which was disappointing on this time. Sorry.
Terribly frustrating....i am a fan of so many Lakeland products and whilst in Windermere we visited for a quick view and a cup of tea and slice of cake. It was a regrettable decision. The cafe was quite busy but it is quite smart and the cakes and food all looks great....simply marvellous. The burger, soup, cakes look delicious. We were seated very quickly and the table service was friendly and helpful to a point. But and here's the thing...we were seated for more than 15 minutes after our order was taken and still nothing. Other tables around us had arrived...ordered food and drinks and had them delivered to the table. And we had....well nothing. Thirsty and frustrated we enquired about this and were simply told it was a busy day. Which it might have been...but other people that had arrived after us had been served. Had we not ordered enough? Who knows. We politely spoke to our waiter and left. Booths next door is really nowhere near as plush but served a good value tea and the cake was tasty. They managed it in about 1 minute. Lakeland. Sort out your order delivery to tables because this was a very disappointing experience at a flagship store.
