There has been a high turnover in the staff in the service department at precision. My most recent experience (yesterday, 4/30/21)was with Dave. Gave good personal professional care. I was strongly considering going elsewhere. I appreciate that the powers to be ( management) care enough to listen (I know others weren t happy, also) and made positive changes. And I know it s expensive to get good staff. I am impressed and can endorse your Company (Precision) again to others. I do work with the public. Again, good job. You set a good example on how a company should be run.

3 Hour oil change. I scheduled an oil change at Precision Toyota a week in advance for 10am. I showed up at 10am, and when I got there I was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I told the costumer service representative I had an appointment and he said "we make over 200 appointments a day because we are the best Toyota dealer around and that is our standard wait time". The oil change went fine, no car wash was given and you would think after waiting 3 hours they could at least do that. With all that being said, I feel my appointment was meaningless and when you schedule an appointment they should probably be up front about the wait time.
Today seemed to be a fluke service day. Normally, I'm in and out of the place in a timely fashion. But, it took almost 6 hours to get the job done. It has been 3-4 when I had this major service done before. A good chunk of the day went to waiting around. I still recommend PreToy for service, but if it'll be a long day, it may be good to advise the customer of this. :)
The customer service is always great! The service department runs smoothly for my oil changes. The waiting area is roomy and comfortable. Complimentary Lyft to and from a destination while waiting for your vehicle maintenance is a big bonus. Services reps are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service dept for anyone with a Toyota. Thanks Precision!
Precision Toyota Service Department is well organized, inviting and efficient. Our service manager Jeff was personable and helpful. I really appreciated Precision Toyota for covering my Highlander at no charge because I missed a Toyota Service due to the Covid pandemic. Thank you.
Really busy today. Service center is clean which is a comfort. Some disadvantages to pandemic care. Coffee and related items are not available. I was there for 4 hours and regretted not having brought a thermos. You should let people know at time of appointment.
Slow to greet because of heavy patronage but pleasant personnel. Unfortunately, there was a mechanical problem with the lift so my job took much longer than expected. The Service Advisor was courteous and forthcoming in explaining the difficulties.
I shall give them another try at my next service with positive expectations but in hopes of smoother sailing.
David Cervantes and the whole team at Precision Toyota were honest and helped me in every way fairly with my buy out on my lease for my 2018 Camry. They have a customer for life with any new Toyota purchase. I actually went to Desert Toyota first to inquire about my end of lease purchase amount including taxes, etc... So I could take that info to my bank and get the low interest rate special they had. Desert Toyota finance department said they would match it and I could do the loan through them. I said great, let's do it. Bad mistake they tried to sneak a $1,000 dollar inspection fee that I didn't need because I wasn't turning in my car or purchasing a warranty. They told me I had to have it and that was the only way they could sell me my own car (they said that was the law) . They were also lying about matching the interest rate they said they would match. When i calculated the price they were charging me and the payment per month it was at least 3 times higher. They wasted my time and tried to rip me off!! So I called Precision Toyota and ask them all the same questions, and they told me no inspection was necessary, because I was purchasing my own vehicle. They were honest about the percentage that they could get me a loan for at 3%, but because I could get it lower from my bank they wrote up a purchase order that I could take to my bank and get the loan at a lower interest rate. No gimics, no charades, no theater like the other place. I would definitely recommend Precision Toyota! Don't ever ever use Desert Toyota!!
Kept my truck for 2 days to do a routine service and check up. Never followed up with me on status of my service, I had to initiate conversations. Misquoted me the costs and could not get me shuttle service. They stopped using their own shuttles and started using Lyft, who also has no drivers, after waiting 45 minutes I called a taxi and paid for myself. Have used the dealer service center since I purchased my truck in 2015 and have had pretty good service up to this time.
