I had my car window smashed and took the car there for repair. They were just wonderful. Maria was so welcoming and John was so informative. There were a couple of other people there whose names I don t remember. I got such friendly and professional service I would recommend car star to everyone.

I had a part stolen off of my car! Von's was amazing at coordinating with the insurance, communicating about what needed to be repaired, and keeping me posted about the arrival of replacement parts being shipped into town. They were courteous and professional and I will be using this business again!

Over the past 15 years I have had my car in this shop 5 times. I was 100% satisfied then and still have the same car to this day. To this day you can not tell anything had ever happened. Lightning struck my car that destroyed alot of the electrical system and controls. A mountain lion slaughtered a coyote on the hood which resulted in the hood, left front fender, windshield and roof being severely damaged. My car was stolen, the POS drove my car around for 2 weeks before he was caught, causing damage all over the whole car inside and out. Patrick, Maria, John and the amazing team at Vons Car Star took it all away like it never happened. Not seeing any evidence of the trespass and violation that I suffered has greatly helped me emotionally, also the care and empathy that John and Maria shown me.
