We had a last minute offer of a space at an event which we needed to attend. Unfortunately we didn't have our new branding on our gazebo, we contacted Richard who put together a new design and once we had authorised it, put it in to production.

Having explained our circumstances production pulled it together for us and the new top and sides were delivered to us as promised, we can't thank everyone enough, you really did deliver for us and as always the quality of the product is fantastic.

The sales person was very efficient and i would give her 5 stars. However, there was a slight burn mark on our tablecloth and more importantly the instructions given seemed to be partial and only covered assembling the main frame and not the side and back panels. Also the back panel would have been nicer if it were double sided and also the fit of the back panel with just half side panels didn't fit flush and so it doesn't look as flat/smooth.
This company should up-sell and sell weights for the gazebo as it is definitely needed for working on non grassed areas.

We bought a 3 x 3 gazebo for our company and the process and service during sale and afterwards was excellent. The product itself is spot on, really well made and it does exactly what we want it too. Print quality on the canvas is great and holds up to the British weather! I would definitely recommend.

Bill and the team were very helpful throughout the entire process of ordering and fulfillment. There was one slight issue, where one piece of printed collateral was delivered incorrectly to Instant Promotions (outside of their control) but they bent over backwards to accommodate and find an alternative option for us.

Really pleased with the new gazebo we had made for our company. The finished product was better than we were expecting. Highly recommended.
