David Cervantes and the whole team at Precision Toyota were honest and helped me in every way fairly with my buy out on my lease for my 2018 Camry. They have a customer for life with any new Toyota purchase. I actually went to Desert Toyota first to inquire about my end of lease purchase amount including taxes, etc... So I could take that info to my bank and get the low interest rate special they had. Desert Toyota finance department said they would match it and I could do the loan through them. I said great, let's do it. Bad mistake they tried to sneak a $1,000 dollar inspection fee that I didn't need because I wasn't turning in my car or purchasing a warranty. They told me I had to have it and that was the only way they could sell me my own car (they said that was the law) . They were also lying about matching the interest rate they said they would match. When i calculated the price they were charging me and the payment per month it was at least 3 times higher. They wasted my time and tried to rip me off!! So I called Precision Toyota and ask them all the same questions, and they told me no inspection was necessary, because I was purchasing my own vehicle. They were honest about the percentage that they could get me a loan for at 3%, but because I could get it lower from my bank they wrote up a purchase order that I could take to my bank and get the loan at a lower interest rate. No gimics, no charades, no theater like the other place. I would definitely recommend Precision Toyota!
Don't ever ever use Desert Toyota!!
