My first time staying at this property, one of the best resort I stay ever. I'm really enjoy warm welcome by Ms Norma club lounge manager, and butler bapak budi. Special recognition of marriot bonvoy and my room upgraded by Ms Norma and team. I'm staying with my family, they really enjoy staying here, hotel have nice pool, 6 restaurants and good breakfast. I'm definitely will come back and stay longer at Ritz Carlton Bali property. Thanks also to Lia, front dest manager for my convenient check out room. I'm really recommending this hotel for everyone. This hotel is so pretty. Very friendly staff and customer service. Yes it is expensive. but for the experience, it is worth to try once for the average people. There is infinity pool with beach view. Nice beach.

For a 5 star hotel their breakfast is really not up to standard. Hotel is amazing though but very secluded

The hotel is spacious, nice and modern. The suite rooms have a private swimming pool. The breakfast is a great choice and tastes good. There is also a private beach and playground. In the playground there are staff who can accompany the children "playing while parents can enjoy the spa. The spa is the best.

The service here is almost too good! Our room is made up once or twice a day, random visits to see if we need anything, dropped over with macaroons right when I was having a coffee, and finding the ice bucket filled when we return from our day is a great touch.

Unforgettable stay at Ritz Bali. Tucked away in a paradise next to the ocean/beach and couldn't come up with a reason to leave the hotel. Rooms are spacious and private. Love the various kinds of daily activities included, ranging from cocktail class to aqua yoga to surfing. Excellent service throughout our stay - staff were friendly and helpful, buggies were at your door almost right away upon request. Costly as expected yet will definitely be back.

Nice standard 5 star hotel which located bit isolated. The sawangan junior suite room was very big and spacious. Breakfast was okay, tasted better though. They provide various activities which guest can participate for free.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful grounds and incredible staff! Only negative is Nusa Dua is pretty boring outside of the water sports and the rest of the Bali activities are far!

Had the pleasure of enjoying a wedding at the majestic chapel in the Ritz. All the guests are whisked away in buggies to the chapel where the wedding proceeded and then a 5 course dinner at a well decorated reception. Only downside were the lack of buggies where some had to wait up to 15 mins for one to arrive. Otherwise great experience.

Very gd staff. Super spacious rooms. Amazing property with best of amenities

Rooms and balconies are large and clean, and the private beach is also very beautiful. There is a wide variety of breakfast, so you won't get tired of eating for a long time, and the food from the restaurant is delicious. The staff members were very kind to me. It was a very enjoyable trip to Bali. I want to stay again next time.

The lobby smells wonderful and it has a killer view of the Indian ocean. The staff are very nice and helpful as well.

Falling in love with this, located in nusa dua, 20minutes from the airport. The hotel really put safety in the first, and have their own private beach which is really good for the sunrise. I'm sure will be back!!

Had a great stay for babymoon. Would be even better if hotel can cut down on single use plastics.

Beautiful place and the situation so calm I like it

Excellent hotel. Staff are well trained and friendly. Spectacular view to the Indian Ocean from lobby. Suites are very nice and comfy with ocean view from balconies. Some suites have lagoo access where one can simply jump from his/her belcony into the lagoon. Buffet breakfasts are delicious with variety of choices. Uniformed guards can often been seen patrolling the hotel. A lot of trees are planted all over the place. Best hotel I have ever stayed.

Thin staff using HT guys are too arrogant, uneducated

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the personal attention and services of the staff. The location was just lovely and we dined at Bejana and The Beach Grill enjoying the delicious food. The grounds were just beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast each day was wonderful with a vast selection. The Spa was peaceful and bucolic, very calming to the spirit. We want to acknowledge some of the staff who were so helpful; Rico, David, Eko, Hans, Aldi and Arsa. We hope to return one day!

Best place for honeymoon. White Sandy beach. Very private

Took us over an hour to check in. After we got to in our room, just doesn't seem up to the Ritz Carlton name. The wallpapaer in the bathroom was stained there are also dirty spots in some other areas. The drywall in the other bathroom in our room had some poor patch work done and the living room carpet was old and somewhat dirty.

Dinner our first night was equally unimpressive. Had to tell the waitress multiple times to bring us silverware and other things. Seemed like we ordered most drinks twice before recieving them. We were sitting outside and there was loud construction going on. The wait staff said they would call and have them stop, which they did for all of 10 minutes before starting up again. Atleast the food was good.

We were staying in a Villa in Seminyak before coming here and so far I am regretting my decision to move.

It's really a good place for a family to go on holiday, by which you have children under 6 years old.

We recently stayed at Ritz Carlton in March for 10 days. This Hotel is fabulous.We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and the staff and hotel made it so memorable. Everything at Ritz Carlton is fabulous. The staff, food, accommodation and facilities are 5 star. From the moment we arrived until we left we enjoyed every moment of our stay. If you complain about this place you would complain about heaven!
