The best hotel. In the Marriott group, personally the service is the best. It was necessary to deposit 100,000 yen per room. You need 160,000 in two rooms. Rest assured that your credit card will be refunded when you check out.

Huge resort and the places is so luxury. Buggy so responsive and the services is still the best. Every ground room has own swming pool. The beaches is perfect. Breakfast is perfect too. And it located at a hill towards the sea. View is amazing and chapel is so beautifull

Super hotel. Just Paradise. Very clean, well-kept area. Lots of greenery. Tasty breakfast. Big choice. There are simply no drawbacks. A very great mini club. Children are engaged all day. Ocean sunset gentle waves are not big. A little dirt floats. But this does not interfere with swimming. Very comfortable beach. Everywhere there is a children's menu. We are delighted!

LOVED IT HERE. for some reason we had club access so we got meals free. We only stayed here one night, the experience we had didn't even feel like we were there just one night, felt like we stayed here much longer. We enjoyed it so much! Thanks to Ritz-Carlton Bali, they are the best! They had ah-mazing service too BTW.

We stayed for honeymoon. It was a suite room that can be put in the pool immediately from the room, and there was a pool and a private beach outside and it was a hotel to be healed. There seems to be a monkey in the hotel too! My wife liked it very much and wanted to stay again. The executive lounge was great and the staff were friendly. It is a hotel I want to go to again with my husband.

Indonesian restaurant was horrible - we can t even eat
Beach grill restaurant : over price and food/ seafood are tasteless!!
Tapas& Raul restaurant was ok with simple food.
2) pool towels is dirty and have brown stained is so disgusting
3) no aircondition in any of the restaurant and full of flys and mosquitoes
4) all the outdoor couches/ in the restaurant are dirty , full with foodcrumbs !! It not design for the weather :- stinking hot!
5) the room towels are all old and have stain. It not even white more greys colour
5 star hotel that charging min $600 per night I seriously expect better !! I never have this issues staying anywhere else.

All the staffs here are smiling and helpful, and the facilities are of high quality and standards. Not sure how they found out that it was my kid's birthday during the stay, but I think they understood the native Korean language that I spoke with the kid about his birthday and had a wonderful cup cake prepared for the kids during the room make up as a surprise. That alone reveals the quality of their staff. The rooms are also huge compared to other facilities and well maintained. Thank you to all the staffs here in Ritz and especially to AGUS Rockyana and Rakida Putra who arranged us to have a wonderful experience here. Would definitely come back when coming back to BALI!!

The best place I ve stayed during my holidays in Bali.
The staff is very professional and helpful.
The villas are pretty big and very relaxing with their own pool.
The location of the resort is perfect, they have a private beach and plenty of activities.
The resort itself is beautiful, definitely worth the price.
Unfortunately the roof of sun sofas of the villa are very dirty.

I like the money.

I like it because I have a Korean employee.
Room condition is very good.
The room is large and I have electric curtains. Very convenient.
I have a coffee machine.
The view here is awkward.
Do not expect to see the view, but look in the lobby

Extremely disappointed the check in was so slow and unprofessional it took 1 hour to check in and they didn t even offer us a drink or wet towels like any normal hotel in bali
The staff most of them were so young fresh out of uni cheap labor not professional, disgusting for a ritz Carlton

I burned my foot in the steam room and yes be very carful it s not a steam room with international standard BUT the manager there was very helpful she asked about me the day after
The duties manager are so so so so unprofessional they even didn t ask about me or even Ofer a chocolate or just something
Maintenance is extremely slow it took them 1 hour yes 1 hour to fix the toilet
They key wasn t working they had to break the door !!!????
The beach forget about it !!!!??
It s not worth the money at all and it s not Ritz Carlton standard at all I will give it max 3 star

If the restaurant in the hotel is delicious anywhere and you can afford the money, you may spend it in the hotel all the time.
The contents of breakfast are changed little by little every day and I am not bored.
The sea is not dirty, but many seaweeds swim in the pool.
The gym is small but not so crowded you can exercise without stress. Also, there is a running course in the vast hotel for those who like running.
Composition ratio of customers
About 20% of all Japanese. Forty percent of Western Americans, the rest are Asians.

Next is a good villa or club level.
It is a good hotel to spend a leisurely time.

Ten years ago I stayed with my wife and three-year-old daughter, but it was a luxury, comfortable and wonderful hospitality hotel.
When you arrive at the hotel, you will be greeted by a ring of deep bronze that you have never heard before. At this moment I felt a strange feeling that my head would be fluffy. The food was the best taste, I could always listen to live music during the meal and I was looking forward to every meal.
There is also a wonderful swimming pool in the hotel and the family is overjoyed.
I was impressed that it was a Ritz, with a relaxed atmosphere that was not intrusive.
I was able to experience a lot of non-daily life and I was really sorry to leave.

If you want to go to the beach you have to go to another hotel. It is imposible to enjoy the water.. rocks, seaweeds everywhere. The hotel and the staff really very good. But forget this hotel if you are looking for beach holidays.

It is not a bad hotel. But they really need to improved their service standard n their management's. Slow response, and miscomunication between reservartion department with hotel restaurant?
They dont give an equal service. Especially for asian chinese people.
And i really feel being discriminated and be insulted by the hotel restaurant manager. I maybe an indonesian chinese, as a restaurant manager do you really feel you are far more superior or high standard when you answered me with english? And yes im not your guest or customer, so you have the right to tell me shut up or call a security? I dont believe customer always right or customer is king, but i didnt know if im not your customer you can be rude and not being a proffesional. As a manager u should reallize u are not only selling food but also service. I may not be your guest but im with your guest. N i understand im not a high educated person or being rich, so u dont need to be polite or show your respect.but please u are in a service industry,Show me that you are a proffesional. Honestly, some of the staff are really helpfull n nice. But the hotel restaurant are just too bad. Especially the hotel restaurant manager.

Amazing resort, with amazing staff. Never disappointed, not even once. Thank you for the perfect & most relaxing holiday in a sublime setting (still enjoying it for another 2 more days ). Thanks to everyone in each position at this hotel which makes this a top class facility. We will most definitely be back! Also our 6 year old would love to thank Ritz Kidz for being so awesome

Lovely place. We did not stay there but would eat later in the evening at the Beach Grill restaurant and came there a few hours before to make use of the facilities (swimming pool dream bed etc.) in order to do so you need to spend a minimum of 850k per Pers. It was fine with us as we booked a table at the restaurant and bought drinks while relaxing by the pool. The service itself in the restaurant was a bit unstructured. We did not get a menu card. So I had to ask for that. I had read the reviews so it was not a surprise that service was slow etc. All amenities are top notch. Only the unstructured service in the restaurant and the serving of dry bread draws a star down. If I didn't ask for the menu card we could have sat for an hour before anything happened. When we got the bread, I saw that another table had been given olive oil for the bread. So I asked for that too. So yeah you just have to be obsessed with it and ask for it. The same goes for the drink card as there was only one of them so I had to wait for another table to finish ordering. Where we sat there were only 3 tables. 6 adults in total. It is child friendly but you should expect some long wait and otherwise you should mention getting the food quickly if the children are impatient. You can order a la carte dishes, 3 course menu etc. I will definitely come again because of the facilities and the food I chose was also fantastic. The dry bread they could do something about as it pulls down.

Not bad, the food is delicious. Very very incredible view from the lobby, very quiet, the room is magnificent, there is a bathtub with a tv. Very spacious room. Overall i like this hotel. But the downside is you the hotel is very huge that u have to walk very long to facility u want to visit. Or u can wait for golf car to show up. Wich is not practical. But beside that everything is good

Recently my mother and I stayed here for 3 weeks. We loved it! A big thank you to the staff, Choris, Cindy, Dave, the Chefs who gave us cooking tips, and everyone else who made our holiday so enjoyable.

Excellent service which lives up the Ritz Carlton name. The staff are friendly. It's a pretty large resort which means the distance from the main lobby to your rooms will take some time to get there. Good thing is their buggy service is very responsive and quick.

We stayed at the Ritz for 9 nights and I m appalled by the disgraceful and dishonest behaviour of Eugene Tienkaiev, he is a major liar, creep and totally sleezy.

I won t go into details about what happened except that we have stayed at the Ritz Carlton s all over the world and this was by far the worst experience I ve had.

I have a famous travel blog with over 1 million followers and I will be making a bad review due to Eugene Tienkaiev s behaviour. I Will also be going to the Ritz Carlton head office and making an official complaint about Eugene and the deceitful manner in which the management has dealt with our encountered problems.

There is a drug dog from the entrance to the hotel, there is a check of the car, and it is the impression that it is a luxury hotel though security measures etc.
You will be amazed by the vast grounds of the Ritz overlooking the lobby.
A luxury hotel is under construction next to it, but it is about to be open soon, and it has been in a state where the landscape is not disturbed or noises at all.
We had a wedding ceremony this time, but the room was also entertained with a honeymoon design, and the weather was good, so I can take a lot of pictures in the background that can not be enjoyed in Japan, and I am very happy.
However, since there is nothing really around Ritz, if you want to enjoy shopping and sightseeing, it may be better to stay for a minute.
The breakfast buffet is really rich and delicious, and I have eaten various hotel buffets so far, I think it is the best class.
However, due to the fact that there are only 3 restaurants in the facility and that the swimming pool is not so large, new items can not be found within 2 days.
Anyway, I think that it is a perfect hotel for those who want to enjoy the time when they do nothing at the hotel or want to relax.
The hospitality and cleanliness of the staff and the luxury of the building are truly first-rate.
