Perez Art Museum has quickly become one of the more eclectic art hubs in Miami with its views of the inter-coastal and interesting architectural design. Perez Art Museum or more commonly referred to as PAMM is at the cultural epicenter as it provides much needed programming for kids and adults in the community. PAMM also caters to their contributing members with events monthly for those that financially support the programs which include rotating exhibits housing different mediums of art from local and international artists. For no additional cost other than parking you can visit their park which features some sculpture art swings, and cafe under some unique landscape art that are usually synonymous with the building.

Must visit for art enthusiasts. They have some interesting art installations. The view from the museum is pretty cool. However the museum isn't too widespread, so it can definitely be visited in a short span of time.

The exhibits have more to be desired in my opinion, and the size is much smaller than what the building looks like. The views of the city is the best part of the experience, along with the nice building architecture itself.

There are so many optical arts in pop art. The museum along the coast is very nice and a great place to see the sea without seeing the paintings. Adults are $ 16, students are $ 12, so bring your student ID.

The museum have a few great pieces, i can understand that you can't take pictures on the inside with a camera, but the staff don't let you take pictures on the outside neither. VERY disappointed because the place is beautiful.

The building, location, and outside areas are gorgeous, but the interior is only two floors and left something to be desired. My expectations were more things packed in to the wide open spaces. A lot of wall space is windows (no art on it, but a great view). That being said, would come again if the exhibits updated.

Very modern art. Large works. Had difficulty appreciating how some of the pieces made the cut. Went on a free day so no regrets on that front. Had lunch at the cafe. Good food good service and good prices.

Great place to have weddings or just a corporate event. The views we're great and also some fine art.
What I like the most is the irrigation system that they have outside. Forgot to take pictures of it. Careful of the carwash thingy, as it's full of germs.

I'm glad I went on a free day. The building is poorly lit. The art is at best underwhelming. In all fairness, I was in Paris this summer, where I visited the D'Orsay, thw Orangerie... You get the picture. Real city, real museums, real art.

The Perez Art Museum Miami is an awesome art experience. I really enjoyed and appreciated the variety and many different displays that they had available. The building is beautiful and I like the architecture and how everything is organized and later out. The art made me think and I like doing that. I also really like the outdoor area overlooking the water with swings. This is one of the best art museum experiences I have ever had.

Waste of money. I wouldn't go back if you paid me. I'm not an artist, but I could duplicate the only 20 pieces of stuff they have in there in one week. So stupid. The hurricane should have destroyed this building. There is nothing in there that you couldn't just buy at hobby lobby and home depot for a grand total of $200. Again don't waste your time even if you have a kid. Its not for kids. Stupid! Not one star, but ZERO!

An imposing architecture, how and functional. Excellent shop, delicious restaurant with fabulous Sunday Brunch. The programming is very well maintained. The PAMM has become a cultural reference of Miami.

I have been here a couple of times and I always enjoy the experience. Its not only about seeing the artwork but the building and its surrounding itself is a work of art. The hanging gardens, the cool swing chairs out side, the view of the bay, and the architecture inside and out. Definitely take advantage of promotions since it is a bit pricey for some at normal cost.

Literally standing outside after being inside for 20 minutes. The security will tell at you at each exhibit that you aren't viewing right, can't stand or sit there...(even though there's benches and that's how the exhibit is supposed to be viewed!) Yelled at us in another language... Literally the worst museum experience ever..and I'm a professional artist!!!!!!!I know how to behave!! What the hell?!?!

I would highly recommend you visit this museum if you are in the Miami area. The collection is great and the setting in DT Miami on Biscayne Bay is beautiful. I would also recommend you stroll Museum Park, right outside the Museums back doors, for a beautiful view of Biscayne Bay, DT Miami, beautiful palms and the aesthetically beautiful building of the museum. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best modern art museums in the U.S. The art was very thought-provoking and very well explained. Many of the major artists had written information in both Spanish and English to take home. The building itself is very modern, but the hanging gardens and the wood make it feel warm rather than the cold cement found in other art museums. Food in the restaurant was also excellent.
