The selection of Latina American Artist is fantastic. Contemporary art and interactive experiences for the family. It is located in a gorgeous setting in downtown Miami. Definitely a great experience for all the family. We celebrated my father's birthday taking him for a tour of the city in a private van and this place was a joy for everybody.

I enjoyed my visit. It was a bit on the expensive side if you aren't a teacher, whom apparently get in for free. I paid $16. It's nice to walk around and view different culturally inspired arts. There's a place outside thats made so can take selfies and pics in different exibits.

This poor excuse for a museum should have a very explicit disclaimer that warns people that they will be ripped off $16 of their hard earned money to see old news paper articles adsurdly praising communist dictators Fidel Castro and Che Guevara - and call it art. To put the icing on the cake, they vehemently refused to return our money. Don't bother going, you'll be wasting your precious time and money.

The architecture and outdoor areas (which are free to visit without actually purchasing GA for the museum) are definitely some of the best parts to take in. The museum itself is pretty cool, with a variety of interesting and modern exhibits and one of the coolest museum shops I've seen. There's also a restaurant and bar on premises, also available for the public without GA purchase. After checking out the sights indoors, best way to end the visit is relaxing on their swings on the exterior overlooking the port. Paid parking available onsight.

Beautiful Museum, incredible location with expansive gardens, lawns and views of the Port of Miami. Contents of the Museum focused on diversity, pluralism and social criticism. On site there is parking, restaurant and cafe infrastructure.

I've visited here several times, and even though it is a small museum, they always have something that catches my interest. Plus with a great location on the water, it's nice to sit outside as well after enjoying the art.

Cool museum, good outdoor seating on the side. Very nice building. Good to sit and relax on a nice day and enjoy the weather. It's also close to the free tram nearby. Make a stop here if you have the time!

Nice museum with good art shows the surroundings are really preatty and is next to the beach. The outside seating in front of the beach is great. However there is not enough parking in the museum and have to find parking in the street.

What an amazing Gallery, highly recommend an afternoon wandering through, and making an effort to see Toba Khedoori exhibition... Such a calming experience. We were also lucky enough to be just in time for one of the free tours and Wilda as our tour guide, very knowledgable and extremely friendly and passionate about the art

The museum does have quite a few interesting pieces, but if you have been to many modern art museums, you will likely feel a little let down. It's $25 per person for the entrance fee. My friend and I took a little over 2 hours to go through the entire museum. We took our time looking at the exhibits and reading the descriptions. It is a beautiful building in a great location, but the price is too high for what you're getting.

Fantastic museum that's not as large as it might look on the outside but full of little surprise and fantastic pieces from many artists. Friendly staff and they even participate in Bank of America Museums on Us.

Perez is a must for any art lover coming to Miami. The building is amazing, the view.... yeah, amazing, the staff, the store, just keep adding that word -amazing.
You can get through the museum fairly quick so it is a good option if you are looking for something to do in just a couple of hours. The exhibits change so I won't try to describe them but each time I have gone they are always good.
They have wheelchairs you can borrow and the building is very wheelchair and stroller friendly. There is a cafe on site and parking right under the building with access to an elevator for those that can't do stairs.
You could easily bring a picnic and enjoy the view outside afterwards if you want to make more of a day of it.

We went to the museum on the weekend of August 25th, 3018. Much of the exhibits we're shut down so we didn't really get to see much, $16 was a rip-off. Make sure exhibits are open when you go! It was raining when we went, beautiful grounds otherwise.

Beautiful building set in a stunning plaza. Most of the exhibits are forgettable, but a few of the special exhibitions put on during my visit were simply astounding. I recommend checking the museum's website to see if there is anything of interest to you.

I find a lot of the art in Miami is child's play passed off as brilliance. To me, art involves talent, genius, years of work and preparation. Much of what I see as modern Art could be produced by a child's random gestures with paint, glue or whatever. We would never accept musically what we accept graphically in Miami's art scene.
