Very fun time watching the races! Clean environment with very professional staff.

Played Pai Gow and has a couple of nice dealers which is unusual...most of the dealers are just not friendly.

Better off going to Jefferson,way to tight of machines

Triple crown eatery Friday night with prime rib and crab legs is legit.

Staff was friendly, facilities were clean, nice place all in all.

The was my first time to the horse races. The 4th floor buffet could have provided more options. The line to get food could have flowed better. My wife wanted a Manhatten, but they did not have all the ingredients. I would have liked to see more craft beers and ones made in Iowa.

Took in a night of thorough bred racing with some friends. Beautiful evening with sandwiches and fries at the deli/grill. Food was ok ..fries a bit cold. Enjoyed the racing and betting was seam less from a kiosk.

Good time. Would be 4 Star, but the layout of the hotel and casino is honestly terrible.

Have not visited for 4 yrs and probably not again for a long time. Still can't win anything, slots are tight. Need to loosen them up.

Hey, went there for a very short time and it was a lot of fun. Great service, lots of parking.

They must have changed chefs the food was not quite as tasting this year. Kind of bland and just yuck

I had an hour to kill and this was a good place to do it.

Fun time at the races, drinks are overpriced and the casino is fairly smokey but still can be fun. Get your drinks at the bar not at the track, or it's $8 a beer.

Attended the Knoxville Raceway Banquet and service and food were excellent

Went to the bathroom, put chair up against the slot machine. Came back and someone had cashed my machine out. Security found the guy and he ran. Casino would not give me the money that was stolen from me. $146.00. This multi-million dollar casino would rather loose a customer for life and everyone I know than reimbursement me this money. What a joke. Be careful.

Good entertaining place and it close to the metropolitan area. Horse racing is a must. Good and friendly customer services!!

Big place with plenty of entertainment for all. We caught a live band and stayed for a night in a comfortable room. Staff was friendly and really enjoy my time there

Thanksgiving was great even though we didn't get to try buffet, line wad top long. Instead went to AJ's steakhouse it was amazing. We've always had a good experience at Prarie Meadows and will continue to come back.

I ordered a beer and after 5 minutes of sitting at the barstool, the bartender rudely asked me to leave so that other customers could order. Problem was there were 4 open seats available and no crowd at all. Very unprofessional considering im a paying customer and have a right to sit at a bar after ordering a drink. Good day sir.

Have truck parking always when I'm going through I stop and have the buffet

Big truck parking and also across from Flying J and You can use the Casino shuttle .
Across from Cinemark and waterpark for the whole family..
Walmart just 5 mins away from casino.

Love the hotel and conference center. Casino is your usual souless smoky experience

We ate at the breakfast buffet, the food was outstanding and the service was superb.

Employees are always friendly. I went on a Sunday, so I guess I was not expecting to win a whole lot. They move the slot machines around too much, otherwise I would give them a 5.

They have the audacity to boast aboit the greatest loosest slots in IOWA at a whopping 91.1%.if you ever go to this God forsaken casino dont play slots.play the tables.its your only hope.

Room was very nice. Only complaint I have is that they provide a refrigerator, but no microwave.

Brunch buffet was good, the dessert was not as good as it looked, but everything else was yummie

Last night my boyfriend & I came to PM dressed up in Halloween costumes (he in a hunting costume with face paint and toy bow & arrow with suction cups and & I in a Catwoman costume with a mask that covered half my face). We were stopped by the front security and was told the bow & arrow was not permitted and the security guard had to consult with security to find out if our face paint & mask were permitted...both were permitted. We cooperated with security and took the bow & arrow back to the car. We went back in to PM thinking we were cleared by security and went forward with the evening...this was at approx 8:30 pm. Both of us sat and watched the band, gambled, ate and drank and walked all over the gambling facility while there. While sitting at our table listening to the last few songs before the band quit for night (we had planned to stay a while longer and gamble)...at approx 11:45 pm I was approached by security telling me I had to either remove my mask or leave. I was embarrassed to be told of this in front of other patrons (whom also couldn't believe I was told this after being there for so long) I informed him of what the security at front had said earlier and that we were cleared....he said "not by me". I was pissed! For one, ALL security is security to me and should have communicated with one another of our presence to avoid any such harassment. We had been there for 3 hours and the security now asks me to leave, especially when I'm on camera all that time. I felt harassed. I've been to this establishment on several occasions and have spent money there during every visit. My family and friends will be told of this very uneventful & embarrassing night.

Price is okay for the variety of food that is available, however the quality of the food is mediocre. Most of the food (exception of the main course roast beef and prime rib) including the $10 extra crab legs tasted like freezer food. Dessert bar was pretty good service was acceptable.

BIG, slots were tight, didn't get to see the horses run, was there the wrong day.

Nice clean room, friendly check in people. Layout is kind of a maze but can be figured out.
