Guys. First of all, to all of you who dont have patience, Scripbox and the market is not meant for you. Its been two years since iv been investing in Scripbox and yes its genuine. Contact me on FB personally for further details if you still doubt on them. First of all when you start investing, you would be shown only the best four funds, you do your research in those 4 funds and choose whichever you are comfortable with.
The call and email staff have bene extremely professional with me. Their papers which they send to collect our signature to verify KYC documents and the bank mandate is in 200 gsm paper, other mutual fund companies use a cheap 70 gsm sheet, this is my personal observation. Well this was two years ago, i dont know how their call and email staff are now.
The discrepancy in the documents is solely your responsibility and its not Scripbox's responsibility to inform you that your documents dont match. If your Aadhaar card, PAN card and the address in the bank do not match, then do not blame them, its your responsibility to get it corrected and then send it to them. Its a private firm, they cannot do everything on your behalf. Be responsible instead of blaming them.
To those who say that you end up losing with these people, i invest 5000 every month and i have never gone on loss from the day i started investing.
Guys you need to know that the verification on KYC documents and the bank mandate should be sent in a hard copy. You need to grow up rather than blaming it on them for not coping up with internet revolutions.
It is very disappointing to see such bad reviews for a company which is making our job easier to invest in mutual funds.
Once again, to all those complaining, this is not a place for you if you lack patience. Everything in this world needs patience, if you keep complaining that they are not responding, wait for them, they are human jus like everyone else, they dont charge you for any of their services, so help them grow rather than pulling them down.

They made investment easy and profitable. I never came across such a user friendly platform for investment.

Very smooth opening account. But everyone is good at that. Just filled the forms... they sent me a print out... signed attached socs and sent it back and it was done in a jiffy. . Bank account linkage takes 10 days... now let s see if the rest is as they promised.. this sis not a scheme to grow rich quick.. it s for long term investing with decent returns.. if you have any other expectation don t sign up

I have opened an account and send the documents to scripbox registered office and planned investment was suppose to get effective from first of september , however when i called the customer service i came to know about some mismatch in one of my document which was not notified to me earlier, have gone through bad experience and unable to get any solid reasoning or solution to resolve the matter.

Good recommendations on funds, simple UI and easy to register. Customer service is empathetic!!!

Its a wonderful site to invest, but the site doesn't work. I had to change my bank details and its been more than few months ( i don't even remember now as when I placed the request ) ... and it has not been updated. You call their toll free.. but the call goes to voice box 9/10 times.
Their representatives dont know much. When you email them, it takes good 4-5 days for them to reply. Their site at first had the graph interface where you could see how your funds are performing - for some reason they have deleted it. Their calculation factor on site, which states if you have gained or lost is based on incorrect calculation for %gain or %loss.
If you face an issue, you have to chase up like a mad dog... no where to go.. no help..
The CEO, simply emails his/his teams success and any accolades they get... But if you list them your issues - he turns his back and no help..

Wondering now as why I opted for these funds..

Just started @invest from ICICI ... a much much better option must say...

The recent change to the app where i can easily see the scheduled and upcoming investments has made it easy to keep my bank account adequately funded considering the min. balance limit from my bank. In the past this caused me to go below min. balance limit and pay charges. But now it is easy to manage my account balance in limit since i know the cash flows better.

They have very good customer service and customer friendly. Smooth account opening. Friendly User Interface. Unlike other SIP companies, it doesn't have 100's of MFs to invest. Just Login and Invest. That's it. Makes life easier.

Your new mobile like user interface for website is innovative and I will appreciate it. But it doesn't give more visibility. Many of the components are being hidden and not more user friendly. Please make it fixed and also the same applies to the updated android mobile app. The older version was simple and good.

I have been an investor of Scripbox for more than a year. Their articles are very lucid,informative and concise and implementable.They are excellent for naive investors.

I have been investing in debt and equity funds for last 3+ years through Scripbox. I believe, This is the right time to review their debt-funds return as it is expected to give better short-term return.
But their debt-funds average performance is poor. The debt-funds performance during the financial years, 2015-16 = 0.10%, 2016-17 = 6.17%, 2017-18=2.24%, and 2018-19=1.77%. It is/was lower than RD :(. I don't recommend scripbox for short term investment.
I will review on their long term equity funds after 2 years.

If you want to waste your money it is one of the best fraud mutual fund, it's waste Don't ever try to invest here

Their proprietary AI/ML models are not giving satisfactory results, 20 months after investment their tax saving funds could see just 3% growth and that is also notional, not sure what will happen at maturity.

Scripbox has made life easier with solving for paradox of choice in the mutual fund space. Incredible for goals and feel a sense of security transacting on their portal. Really hope this service helps other folks too.

Had a good experience so far, everything automated and would rarely require me to call their customer support.. Nice trust worthy app for SIP investments. Recommend them to others who want to make SIP investments with very least paper works..

Worst performance , worst service, my money blocked in loss

Don't even think if investing your money with these frauds it's been more than two months since I placed the request for withdrawing my money from AnyTimeCash policy.

They didn't returned the money and now they stop replying to me also regarding this. I don't know what is stopping them to give my own money back to me.

I have been investing to scripbox since last 1 year and I found it is reliable and providing very efficient customer service.

Not at all value for money you are investing .. this is really some trap website.. i am using it from last 5 years.. no return from the investment i made till now.. all C cadre mutual funds suggestion..

Have been a customer since 2016 - returns on equity mutual funds have been consistently lower than the index. I had a detailed call with customer support and they kept saying that this is long term - I understand that but how can you consistently perform below the index?

I have been investing in mutual funds through scripbox and other channels as well for the last 2-3 years. I see no gain through scripbox investments. It is just blocking my money. I heard so much about scripbox before investing but I see no gains on my investments through scripbox.

I've tried many platforms over the years and have to say that Scripbox makes the initial investment, regular updates, withdrawals and other supporting transactions really easy. They take the difficult decisions for me, I only invest and sit back. Thanks!

I have been using Scripbox for more than 3 years, their biggest strengths are user friendly design, simplicity in investing and withdrawal and good customer support. Never faced any issue till date, I highly recommend Scripbox for MFs investment.

Don't invest here..I invest near 4 lakh, and lost 40k in 1.5 years..they told you to invest the mutual funds which are not good

One of the worst mutual fund service, i have ever seen. They collected my documents and say that there is discrepancy in the documents. They are so ignorant about the name on Pan card; they say the name on pan card should match with name on cheque. This shows their ignorance. Its pathetic that they dont have infrastructure to validate pan card...there are services from nsdl to verify PAN. when they give the PAN card number here, they will get full name, with first name - last name and also middle name. :D:D

Hopeless guys, do not have value of time and money, and these people are Financial consultants!!!!, they do not have a procedure in place, do not know how to handle a situation, DO NOT INVEST with these people... You will end up loosing your hard earned money.

Started my tax saving journey with Scripbox few years back. I have eventually moved to long term investments now. I didn't have the time, energy and expertise to do the research and choose the fund among all funds in the market ! Scripbox helped me to grow my investments over the years.

No one from Scripbox disturbed me with sales calls and tried to sell me something which I did not need :)

Scripbox has made my life easy. I was so much confused with so many platforms, so many funds, ratings, reviews etc. I spent 3 months reading about Mutual Funds but still couldn't make a decision. A friend working with Scripbox told me about their method of end to end investment tracking and that gave me confidence.
3 years hence I am a satisfied customer. Returns are not very high since I started investing, but still they are far better than most of other friends who did it using ratings and reviews.

There is so much noise around funds and returns that it's impossible to make a decision. Scripbox abstracts that out from common investors. Also, it's not just about getting started.
Also, they are not just a sales machine asking you to invest more all the time. They even told me to take out some of the investments when funds went wrong.

I have been investing with scripbox for last two years now.
This years chnage in funds seem fishy to me.
They removed the fund kotak select focus fund from the list though it was and still is performing better than any of their other funds.
Upon asking for the reason they just gave some very unprofessional answers.
I am going to stop investing in them now.
Would suggest buying direct funds through CAMS app as it is really free. Scripbox gets almost 1.5% of our invested amount as their commission from fund houses that can be saved by going for direct funds.

I started investing more than 3 years ago (Even before the new CEO took charge). This is a safe place to invest in mutual funds. Have been seeing Scripbox in multiple articles , news etc., recently. This is a company which has grown multiple folds, made mutual funds popular and created a brand for itself in less than 3 years in front of my eyes. Yes, There are some glitches in the application with graphs,return rate nos. etc., and their service has gone down because of the increase in customer base. Hoping for a improvement in customer support and better app sooner.

I feel they have a selected portfolio which isn't much motivating. I shifted to a different investment platform for all my further SIP . I wish them good luck and would definitely invest through them if they offer a wider portfolio and more insightful advises.

Worst experience with Scrip Box , there is long process to send document through courier there no e-document facility in time of internet revolutions. they have taken 20 days to tell me that my document has some problem I asked them let me send you address proof again as scanned copy then said no they need physical copy of address proof isn't very funny scanned copy can also became physical copy. useless app and company.

Started with tax saving investment. Nice interface with moderately easy process of account creation. Interface is very neat and clean. Although there is not document collection facility in every city as of now.

All in all I just wanted to say one thing NICE!!!

I am giving 1 star because the reviews i found are mostly 5 which are by your own people. Stop fooling us. The reviews by actual people are mostly 1. People should look for the genuine responses.

Good place to start investing if you have no clue about the mutual funds. This fintech company narrows down the options and makes the first steps easier. This is how I started and I encourage others as well. Great job Scripbox.

i am writing this with huge disappointment from the kind of unprofessional behavior the call and email support staff has in this organization. For me personally the support staff appeared to be very poorly informed which provided half baked knowledge regarding the KYC form and support document submission. They staff dsnt seem to be efficient even for orchestrating a simple form submission properly.

Scripbox has provided me with the best wealth advisory platform to manage and track my investments. Kudos to the team!

I have been using upwardly over a year now and just few days back I had move to Scripbox as mandated. The experience was quite smooth moving from one platform to the other. Earlier I was not able to track yearly performance of my investments in upwardly but I can do it easily in Scripbox. Scripbox also has an app for the iOS users which adds up to my satisfaction level. Navigating through the app is quite easy and simple. Also my personal adviser has been doing really well from the day I started investing. I get my doubts clarified each and every time I ping him. A big thumbs up to the entire team at Scripbox. Cheers!!!

Sending papers to office address does not work, as address does not have contact number ; Courier does not acccept the Toll free number ; Was just on the phoen with the courier -- poor guy unable to deliver inside or at the gate or at the reception , just bcz no direct phone number for office ;

Interview process.

I had the worst experience in my life while attending interview in scripbox for sales team. I was called on Saturday and I was informed that if I clear all the rounds Monday will be my joining but on Saturday they took only one round and they called me on Monday. Well I was there on Monday on given time the first thing I experienced that was my resume which was collected on Saturday was lost and they asked me to send the soft copy of it I did so. After which they took my second round which was product selling I did well and got through that round, then after 45 minutes there comes the team leader Who took my third round.. it was again product selling I did well in that round and got through that as well. then after few hours there was one more round which was nothing but the same I got through that also.. now at this point I thought I am through all the rounds and now there will be only one round that will be HR round for the salary part.. but no I was wrong here comes one more round again, to ladies entered the interview room and called me in and again they started with one more round this was now my 5th round .. and it was nothing but about my self introduction past experience and stuff.. well I answered her all the questions very confidently by this time she asked me why did I leave my previous job well I said I had my own reasons to leave those companies. Well everyone leave there old organisation for a reason even she would have left her old company for a reason may be for better opportunity for better salary.. to my knowledge she was Operation manager.. now at this point she started telling me about the pressure she gives to the employees who work under her I knew that she is trying to scare me but I was very confident and I was asking her about the growth in the company and I was ready for all her terms and conditions. Then she tells that I am a BA graduate and will not be able to understand the product they are into.. well I have 6 years of experience in sales that statement of her was little offensive. How can someone decide about someone without giving that person a proper knowledge about it that particular movement was very disgusting. Then after she said me to go outside and wait for the result. after which I got to know that I am not through.. sorry but that was the disgusting moment I was facing that time.. after giving 5 rounds of interview for sales process and you will be thrown out saying that you will not be able to cope up with the training just because you are a BA graduate..
I was fed up of giving my self introduction in all the rounds they had nothing to ask me apart from my self introduction and past experience.
My entire day was wasted waiting there for so many rounds finally they send me home.
At the end I just have one advice please conduct the interview in a proper channel candidates who come there for interview are not jobless to wait for so long answering same old questions..you are wasting their precious time . If you have some issues with the candidate with his stability or maybe with his education please send them in first or second round itself don't make them wait for such a long time and finally send them home for such pity reasons.

I hope she won't follow Same thing with the customers whom they are selling their product.

Company is good only the interview pattern is not good and discrimination is disgusting.

Worst performance, no profits in scripbox investments, i aim investing from 2 years in mutual fund, there is no minimum improvement. i suggest don't go through this.
