Very ancient abbey first originated in 1080, the monks make beautiful guided tours, then a small shop with the products of the monastery.

A beautiful and truly great abbey, it can only be visited with the guidance of a monk. It is wheelchair accessible, the cost for the visit is free. Attached is a shop where the monks sell some of their products.

Place of great spirituality and culture. A guided tour is especially recommended in combination with that of the monumental library, on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Do not neglect also the store with the products of the abbey, from wines to numerous varieties of honey, herbal teas and more.

The abbey is really very beautiful from an architectural and artistic point of view. Unfortunately, not having booked, I did not have the opportunity to visit the back gardens but from the shop you can see them and in my opinion they deserve a second visit! I loved the shop with the products of the abbey (they don't only have their own products), really well stocked. I especially appreciated the variety of spices and their cosmetic assortment (creams, soaps, shampoos, etc.) absolutely to try for three reasons: 1 organic 2 very fragrant 3 in their leaflets show the benefits of each ingredient. I bought a soap with thermal water (3.50 ).

When I was a child, I took the beauty here 8 times, so for me it is a place full of the sweetness of past memories. To visit, especially the libraries, and I recommend a ride to the shop where you can get some excellent honey and some infusion
