They make some questionable decisions, and they really cheap out on tires. My company truck had an all terrain tire break a steel belt and rupture the tire, that gives you an idea of how rough the terrain is on the industrial job sites that I go to. The tire on the opposite side had very little tread life as well, so I set up an appointment at Big O Tire, and requested 10 ply all terrain tires for the front. I got the truck back yesterday and found out LeasePlan in their wisdom denied the 10 ply, and denied All terrain all together. So now I have an older set of All terrain tires on the rear and new Highway tires on the front, and really cheap tires at that. These things will be lucky to last six months. Go LeasePlan!

My new fleet vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for over a month because LeasePlan has not obtained the registration and plates for the vehicle. 3 phone calls to customer service resulted in absolutely no assistance with this issue and promises that they would call me back - I have never received a call back. Absolutely horrible company, how do they stay in business.

If it were possible to do zero stars I would. As I write this review I have currently been on hold for 22 min. and 44 sec. at this point our fleet customer has missed their oil change app. because Lease Plan USA HAS to have us call in before any work is started. It makes me and the company I work for look bad because of crappy lease plan customer service. At this point the customer is already upset and gone. I'm just still on hold in HOPES that I can have some supplies sent like water and food because any longer on hold I might die. Update from after call : total hold time was 38 min. That's unreal and then when I told the guy he could care less. The only good thing is the manager called and apologized and have me a program to sign up to get faster P.O. generation. Still doesn't change the fact that we look bad to numerous customers because of hold times.

Too many useless calls back and forth for a simple problem. LeasePlan prefers to sent you multiple roadside assistance to jump start the car every other day rather than just having the battery once for all. Just waisting customer time here.. and your work productivity will be impacted!
