This is the worst place I've ever been in my life they where so rude, the way they talk to people is an outrage. I would never advise anyone to do any kind of business with them. Save you money and go somewhere where they are going to treat you with respect. I STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. This firm was nice enough to wait 14 years to go after a debt that long ago fell off of my credit report . they were able to get 4k from my bank account that was from back pay from disability due to the fact that I have a terminal illness. So congratulations on getting your money from a dieing person who needed that money to repay current debt due to the fact I have a terminal illness and havent worked in over a year. Stand up character Bob, I hope you got yourself something nice with my disability money. Sleep well you piece of.....
Absolutely unprofessional. Lori Sustin was the person I dealt with and just as everyone else here has said, she was incredibly rude and unhelpful and ended up hanging up on me. She talked over me while I tried to explain what I was trying to find out. Avoid if at all possible.
Can't seem to find the other party responsible for the charges, but settled with me for half cost to remove my name from lawsuit and go after that pos for the full amount still. Glad to know they'll find him eventually!

If you want a law firm to represent your business with no integrity, lack or morals, lack of civil procedure knowledge this is the firm for you! This law firm clearly misrepresented a judgment, failed to follow civil procedures in an attempt to garnish a bank account. It is clear they failed to follow the channels to do so, and are facing the consequences as we speak. PFL, acts with unclean hands when filing civil procedures, and intentionally defrauds the defandts.
I wish I could give them a 0. I had been making monthly payment to the over the course of about two years. When I finally paid them off I requested a letter to be sent stating that I was paid in full. The lady was a little hesitant to send me that. I'm not sure why. about a year goes by and I'm trying to buy a car. I notice that it's reflection on my credit report still open in collection. Long story short, even after disputing it, it's still reflecting on my credit report. I call the agency that it showing on my credit report and they say that they show NO payment history from me. I explained the situation and said I had paid that off through a third party collection agency two years ago! He said that they had not contacted them with any form of payment. I have printed off every statement with proof of payment of it for two years and I'm prepared to send it in. I'm waiting to get off of work so that I can give Powers Friedman & Linn a piece of my mind!
Laurie S. makes the entire company look bad. The receptionists are really nice, but her...?...She makes them seem so unprofessional. She hung the phone up on me twice, and was extremely rude and should not be an employee ANYWHERE with the type of attitude. She first did this six months ago when I initially spoke with her, and today she did the same thing. If I were an employer, she would not be the type of person representing my business because she makes it come off as ghetto and tacky. The ONE star I gave was for the receptionist because she's the only one that seems to operate with any intelligence from that place (at least from the 3 people I spoke with)...but Laurie???....She's a big B word. Hiding behind the phone with all that attitude but I'd be willing to bet, she wouldn't face to face. Just trash...Passing this info on to as many people as I can...networking is everything...and so is word of mouth. She's pure trash I tell ya....just...distasteful....
Absolutely a 0 star company with absolutely no shame in deliberately breaking laws and altering documents with previously agreed upon amount. Even trying to figure out their math at the listed percentage does not yield the same numbers that show up on the altered form. They spent 3 months intentionally sending a payment agreement to the wrong city even after I had attempted to have them correct the address. Have filed a BBB Complaint and have contacted the Cuyahoga County Bar Association.

Rude, disrespectful, scum attorneys. They sent all my certified mail to my bank. I don't reside there!!! They try to take money from your account without your knowledge. They also try to garnishwages WITHOUT a demand letter. Stay away if at all possible.
The conversations and treatment I received has unprofessional and misrepresentation of the facts is borderline illegal. Purposefully changing the numbers to extend the costs and omitting payments. They need to be sued.

Extremely RUDE! When they come to the phone they ask what you need and upon explaining the situation just cut you off. I have spoken with multiple representatives and each person was more rude than the one prior. I asked why they were being so rude and one of the women asked what do you want me to do here? Work place environment was horrible. Very mean, unprofessional, not helpful for the betterment of the company. Employees quit left and right and some even wrongfully fired due to not letting their bosses bully them. Complaints to HR go unnoticed and the person you complained about knows what you said about them. Pay was great but wouldn t recommend sacrificing your happiness for.

Probably one of the worst phone calls ive had to make. I didnt get names but the first woman i talk to was fine. Professional and seemingly willing to help. The second woman though once i got transfered was HORRIBLE. I believe she was likely in the billing department if i had to guess. Gave me attitude from the very beginning and treated me like i was stupid. And i didn't call yelling, didnt call giving her lip, didnt call saying anything foul to her.Yes; i had called the wrong place and didnt need to talk to her about my case but there was no need to get rude with me *literally the entire time*. The entire conversation was unprofessional.
I paid off a debt for an apartment through the courts and I received a letter from the courts saying my debt was paid, now they send me a paper saying I owe 44.00. I don't owe anything.
