Probably one of the worst phone calls ive had to make. I didnt get names but the first woman i talk to was fine. Professional and seemingly willing to help. The second woman though once i got transfered was HORRIBLE. I believe she was likely in the billing department if i had to guess. Gave me attitude from the very beginning and treated me like i was stupid. And i didn't call yelling, didnt call giving her lip, didnt call saying anything foul to her.Yes; i had called the wrong place and didnt need to talk to her about my case but there was no need to get rude with me *literally the entire time*. The entire conversation was unprofessional.
