Extremely RUDE! When they come to the phone they ask what you need and upon explaining the situation just cut you off. I have spoken with multiple representatives and each person was more rude than the one prior. I asked why they were being so rude and one of the women asked what do you want me to do here? I was taken aback like seriously?! She began to yell and talk over me until I finally just hung up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are the absolute worst!!
