Just bought a 2017 Kia Sportage and from start to finish was hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. (I have purchased 10 new cars in my life so this is saying something) Rafael Hernandez was my personal guide wading through the cars on the lot and listening tirelessly to my wants and needs and helping me to pick the right car for me. Rafael was so friendly and NOT pushy at all and even helped me negotiate a price and payment I could afford. He made this experience so enjoyable that I am recommending him to everyone I know.

Having to change my review based on how Powers treats their customers after the sale.
Test drive the 2018 Kia Niro EX. On the test drive, the check engine light comes on. I notified my sales person. He has service check into it. I am told that it was an environmental sensor saying the gas cap wasn't on correctly. After purchasing, 30 miles down the road, and same lights come on. Long story short, after my NEW vehicle has been in the shop on two occasions, being out of my possession 5 weeks, I'm stuck with a LEMON. #NEVERAGAINPOWERKIA

I am very pleased with my experience with Power Mazda of Salem. Roy Watkins is the "go to" guy for an awesome deal. Lisa, the Finance Manager is great!! They are so helpful & really get you the deal you want. I will definitely be going back again for my next Mazda. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Really nice job by Internet Sales Manager Steven Wolfe to get me into the Kia Soul that I wanted. I appreciated his professionalism, and when I returned to the lot with a question when Steven was unavailable, another salesman jumped right in and helped me out. I had thought I'd have to go to one of the Portland-area lots to find the right Soul, but Power turned out to have the selection and programs that worked for me. Very glad I went there.

This review is to commend the excellent service provided by Herman Scales. My hybrid battery died and I couldn t even get into the car. It was a weekend, after service hours. Herman drove to my house and helped me out. He works in sales and could have ignored my need. I m very thankful for Herman s great heart to serve your customers!

I purchased a vehicle through Power Kia almost a year ago and I am still satisfied. The buying process was quick, smooth, and enjoyable. My previous experience when it came to buying a car really turned me off to making such an investment. The little lot I bought my Ford Explorer from cheated me. My experience with Kia more than made up for any negatives experienced on past car lots. My buyers associate guided me through the steps necessary to drive off the lot with my Kia Soul and ensured that I was able to put down the amount I desired and have the payments I could afford!

We had an engine breakdown and was $15,000 upside down and these guys took great care to get us into a new Sorento! Had a great time buying our new Optima with Wayne TeamAussie Ronke! He was no pressure and made test driving and all that fun. This is our 4th vehicle purchase from Power and our first Kia. We are loving it! We sent our son in to Wayne as well and he bought a new Soul. We will be happy to refer people to Power Kia and especially Wayne!
The only thing that could have made the whole experience better would be none of the back and forth with the Manager regarding a "deal", but hey it is buying a car so to be expected. We will go back again for sure....probably in a couple months to buy another car for our Son....and then again for our daughter. :) Thanks Wayne and Power Kia!!

Being a first time car owner and knowing the car i wanted, power kia made it really easy for me to choose them. They have great staff that helped me get my first car through financing in my local area away from salem. They took the time in advance to make sure i could get approved and situated before even coming up to get my car, which is awesome. If you love Kia, choose Power Kia they are the best.

My partner and I bought a 2012 beetle a week ago. We had been trying for a very long time to get another car but everyone would turn us down. We went to Power Kia and met up with Rafael and he was a great guy. He did everything possible to get us the loan. I recommend this place 100%. Without the staff and Rafael we wouldn't of gotten into a car. After a week we had some minor issues and the service department loaned us a car for couple days and Power Kia took care of the bill. Something immoral and unconstitutional has been done with a Latino boy. It is sad to see how they have handled the case ignoring the boy. Latinos at the end of the day are a rigid family and I personally, and my family and all of my Sercana community will not buy from this place.Treat every costumer and employee as you'd like to be treated yourself, fake is the man that double faced walks.
