We were treated well by Herman and Greg. But the other issues we re still having isn t so great. When we drove the car off the lot to go home that evening, it had a horrible surging and shake to it. So we called Herman to let him know. After weeks of Power Kia trying to figure out what was wrong, Kia finally fixed the issue. But, they never fixed the surging problem. And still to this day they haven t fixed it. We went in last weekend to see if they would take the car back and get us into a car that doesn t have any problems. They said there s nothing we can do for you ! This is very frustrating. After buying a new car with only 17 miles on it, you d think that Kia would take care of there customers but I guess not. I didn t think a new car would have so many problems with it. So, if your looking to buy a new car, DONT GO TO POWER SALEM!!! We will take this problem to higher Authority, if we need to. This is complete bull that we have to have car NEW CAR that s a LEMON!!! Plus, there service department is a complete Joke. I could go on and on but, we ll save the best for later,
