I went in to the Dealership Service Department to have them put my license plates on my new Kia Forte. I had a young guy by the name of Kevin assist me. Kevin was excellent in his customer service skills. You are very lucky to have such a nice, polite, helpful employee. This kid deserves a raise. When I come back to the service department I hope he is still working there and is as great as he was to me on my first visit. Kudos Kevin :)
