No results in a year, wrote an email to cancel my ...

No results in a year, wrote an email to cancel my web and phone tracking service. I was billed the following month. Contacted my rep, asking confirmation of cancellation and a refund. They continue to not honor my request and keep pushing me to be contacted by a client customer representative regarding issues with results. I have stated, I just want to cancel and receive a refund. As of this moment, not sure if I'll ever get a cancellation confirmation or a refund and if they'll continue to bill me in the future. They are like the Ferengi in Star Trek, once they get your money they'll never give it back. UGH!!!
UPDATE: Thanks Laura and Mark for finally getting me a refund. Initially, the customer service was good, but after I didn't get any results, I decided to cancel the Direct Mail and call tracking service. Make sure you get an email confirmation of cancellation. They will also try to talk you out of canceling
