Fantastic staff and great meals. The professional and quality interaction from the staff here really make the difference. They could serve hamburgers and hotdogs but I'd pay just the same as long as the staff were still managing the experience.

The view was fantastic! The food was amazing! The prices were good and the portions were perfect. The drinks are made well, not watered down, and the selection is pretty awesome too! Would have rated 5 stars, but the waitress had a bad habit of walking away before we finished our sentences, though the rest of the service was great. We do plan on returning, and hopefully the next experience is better!

Their happy hour is one of the best in the city but people get very competitive for seats. The dinning room is great for a business lunch as they offer special plates that can be prepared rather quickly. Also, it's a great place for a late night cocktail as they provide a piano player and amazing views of the night skyline.

Views are SPECTACULAR during sunset.

The bar and it s happy hour are a GREAT place to go for the evening to catch up with friends or a date.

The restaurant is beautiful with great view. Food presentation is a 10. Food taste and flavor is unfortunately a 7.

This restaurant not only has an amazing view of the city, but the food is amazing!!! The staff is extremely kind as well! You can always tell an establishments skills in customer service when asking basic questions like where are your restrooms? I was told a very detailed route to take to the restrooms all while the employee had a smile on her face. As I was walking I soon forgot the directions another employee could tell I was lost and in need of the ladies room, quickly jumped in and told me again where they are without me asking with a very big smile on her face! Thank you!

Our first time here, an anniversary gift from our daughter. The restaurant helped us celebrate with "Happy Anniversary" confetti on the table along with rose petals and a card from the staff. The food and service was great! It was all well worth our short wait.

This place is very wonderful, especially at night with the lights in is very romantic. From above, you can see the whole of Portland. When it comes to serving, there is no criticism. They are supper nice. There are many kinds of food and wine to choose from. However, the price is a bit expensive.

I've been here for happy hour a couple times, and it was a while ago. Definitely a good place for a view of the city, but also has a bit of a meat market feel, so as a matter of personal preference, it wasn't my preferred atmosphere. Also, the food I had was okay, but not anything to write home about.

$60 per entree avg. for dinner, but the food and view are pretty great. Last time I had lunch here is was more like $20-30 per person, and the view was more well-lit! If you can afford it, this is the best place to show visitors your beloved city. You can always have a drink and then hit the food carts.

Was given this suggestion for a nice meal while hiking so we had no expectations going in. Made a reservation online because we were told to or it would be a long wait. Told them it was our anniversary and we got window side take and confetti on the table which was a nice addition. The waitress was awesome, gave good food suggestions and was the perfect amount of talkative. Glasses were never empty, no one was pushy. I got the lamb medium rare and it was freaking amazing, burst of flavor in my mouth. I had the scratch margharita which was legit. The creme brulee was really good too. The weakest thing we ate was the chocolate cake which was just average.

Stumbled into this little gem while on a business trip in Portland. It's fantastic, especially on a Sunday Funday with all-day happy hour. The food is delicious, the service fantastic, and the price is quite reasonable. Matthew, our bartender Guru, provided us with Incredible suggestions for food and drink that we really appreciated. We'll be back again soon.

Went there to celebrate a birthday boy who want a nice steakhouse. We were disappointed when we saw the new improved menu with NO STEAK I mean how you ever heard of a steakhouse with no steak?? The food was all seafood and weird stuff. So we just left and went to Morton s. At least the view was breathtaking and a nice parking garage right under the restaurant.

Fine dinning with an excellent view and attentive staff.

Wine, beef, fish and spirits. These are the core of PCG, they also generally have an good happy hour menu. This isn't the best steak in town, or best sushi in town, but one of the first stops when I bring someone in from out of town for the atmosphere alone.

Amazing views, okay food, overpriced, bad IPA selection, and waitress should have better knowledge about offered beers. Will come back for the view, this time probably skip the meal and just get a drink.

Love this place! The vibe in the Bar area with that awesome view and piano player is great! The food is fantastic. We had been here 3 times in the last year and it never fails to disappoint! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Unlike other restaurants that rely on a view and so so food quality, PCG always has both ! I would and do recommend this place to anyone we come in contact with! Great job PCG team! Keep it up !

This is a must visit restaurant/bar in the city of Portland.

The view of the city and mountains is SPECTACULAR, it makes you feel so relaxed and involved with the beauty of this city.

In addition... they have Happy Hour in a daily basis. Just check each day depending on your schedule. Sunday from noon to close.
Local drafts for $5.75; white wine $7.90.

We had the New York Steak Sandwich with blue cheese crumbs $11.90 -it was cooked to perfection. It was juicy and the bread was fluffy but crispy.

We spent at least 3 hours admiring Portland, tasting great beers and enjoying top notch dishes!
Do not miss this place!

Cheers!

The food was great, but our service was utterly disappointing. Once our food was delivered, our server wanted nothing to do with us. We waited at least 20-30 minutes to get our check after finishing. This was my first visit - and while the food was excellent - the experiwnce.. the price.. wasn't worth it based on our service alone. Sadly, I don't remember the name of our waitress. I don't know that I'll return. I am leaving two stars because the experience did leave me unhappy and dissatisfied.

Great service and even better view of Portland Skyline. Food is a bit pricey (tourist trap) but excellent from my view. They feature Wagyu beef at market price. I ordered their Caesar salad, Cioppino seafood stew, and Wagyu skewers as an appetizer, finished it off with 3 scoop sherbet with fresh berries. All fantastic!!! I might escape from this with less than $70 tab....if nothing else the skyline view of Portland makes the little first night venture worth it!!

AWESOME HAPPY HOUR! The views are amazing day or night. The service is par. Food is great especially for the price! The restaurant side i think is over priced, but there aren't too many restaurants with views like this one! So it may be worth it for a special occasion.

If you just go for the view it is worth the trip, but make sure and enjoy the food and awesome drinks, my steak was perfection. My only disappointment was the desert menu but that was okay just made our night out longer.

Great view, self serve seating so be patient. Caesar salad was unexpectedly strange - heap of radicchio and missing green romaine lettuce, bacon and fresh parmesan. Wagyu steak was delicious and perfectly cooked.
