So unprofessional ive been dealing with them since Friday triying to verify if i get approved by them all i wanted to know was yes or no sheila assistant manager keeps telling me ill call you in a hour have been two days since the hour and no one has called we called the office im pretty sure they screen your calls and no answer you would think if you are triying to rent go ahead and serve the customer just answer the phone a yes or no .... never agin its a shame all my family have been living in their properties

Please go live some where else. Apartment poorly construction. You can hear all your neighbors especially the ones above you. Management does not enforce rules. There are people that have their dog bark non stop all the time. Can not sleep in on weekends because of dark barking and garbage motor in your bedroom constantly opening and closing. The girl above threw. Dog fence and pee through her patio all the time - nothing ever done. Good luck with trying to get someone from the front desk to answer when you have an issue - never ever there.Moved out happy - they will not return my full security because I broke a least on items they refused to take care of.
After ten years of living at Belienski Management's Wildflower Place apartments I have to move out of state for an employment change. While I'm happy to be employed I am not happy about having to move out of my home here. I enjoyed living at these apartments to the point that I hoped this would be my last place of residence. I have only had 100% positive interactions with the community/neighbors which is almost hard to believe considering we are talking a 10 year span. Not one negative experience to speak of with tenants of the community. Many will think 'there had to be some noise annoyances'. Nope - not one! First off the building is built well for noise, even foot steps are rarely heard. Windows and balcony doors open all summer long never was bothered by any disturbance outside.
Maintenance - One call over 10 years for a minor refrigerator issue that was fixed same day. Building and property are kept up immaculately including parking lot resurfacing, parking garage floor steam cleaned, landscaping care once or twice a week, a crew that cleans the common areas inside the buildings and prompt and thorough snow removal. I was without utilities one time and that was because of a storm and street power was out for 3 hours. Never once was the water off when I went to use it including hot water. These are things you normally only remember when they WERE a problem.
When things go this well and smooth there really isn't a reason to reach out to management. So my dealing with the office mainly only involved my lease renewal once a year which involved about 3 minutes of my time annually. Frankly the most I've had to interact with them was currently during my notification to move. And it has been simple, professional and well responded to with detailed communication from the manager. In other words...EASY.
Obviously we all have different living habits and expectations. But for anyone looking to improve their odds of finding an apartment community live at with all positives I've mentioned I'm confident most will find them here. I truly do not have one negative experience to report over my ten years pertaining to the community. Hard to believe? Yes but true.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. These people will MANIPULATE you and are AWFUL and very DIFFICULT to contact and SO DISRESPECTFUL and LIARS. DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF and then DISREGARDED and LIED TO. Please do not put yourself in my shoes. DO NOT GET MANIPULATED INTO SIGNING A LEASE!!! They will tell you anything you want to here to get your signature and have no problem denying everything afterwards. I hate saying this but they are THIEVES! How do you sleep at night doing this to younger people or anyone for that matter?!?! We were MANIPULATED and LIED TO and taken advantage of.
Please read my 100% TRUTHFUL story is you'd like;In February we singed a lease. We were induced to rent the property due to property manager saying the carpet, vinyl, and all the kitchen appliances were going to be replaced. Mind you, she did not mention there needs to be an evaluation to determine if the carpet, vinyl, the kitchen appliances must be replaced. She stated very clearly that everything will be replaced prior to moving in. This is why we chose this unit, and Bielinski apartments. I would not have signed the lease otherwise. This is my first time renting and I was not aware everything needed to be/should be in writing. After we signed the lease in the office and we were not given any paperwork, receipts, copies, etc. Also, I wrote two checks to pay for the application fee and to hold the unit, both were cashed March 8, 2017; No receipts were given to us at any time. Being a first time renter, I did not think anything at the time. Property manager said she would contact us weeks prior to moving in, 9 days before our move in date, still no contact has been made. We decided to call the office. We could not get a hold of anyone on the 24th, but we were able to get a hold of Lynn on April 25th. Right away she informed us our move in date is May 1st, when originally they told us our move in date would be May 5th due to renovations as prior discussed. She was very rude on phone and said "she is not going to waste her money on improvements that aren't necessary" even though when we did a walk through of the unit, before signing the lease, she said everything will be replaced. We were very hurt, we felt disregarded and lied to, we felt this was a bait and switch situation. She is denying ever speaking to us about replacing vinyl, carpet and appliances. On April 27th we had a meeting with Elena to discuss our concerns and to discuss terminating our contract due to no meeting of the minds and inducing us to sign under false pretenses. Elena literally told us no, we cannot terminate our contract (Even though it says in the lease we can terminate it basically by doing a buyout). When I asked to see the lease, she would not give us a copy at that time. She said she didnt have it, her boss does. Then she said it was locked in a cabinet behind her. We informed her our attorney will be contacting her. The next day, my attorney was unable to get either Lynn, or Elena on the phone during business hours. Braden also tried calling 3 times and there was no answer. Braden had to use a public phone to get a hold of Lynn, we believe she was screening our calls because she picked up immediately. Before we obtained a copy of the lease, Lynn literally told us "we have no pole to stand on" and she was very disrespectful. We feel manipulated and just awful about this whole situation. Our attorney talked to Lynn afterwards and she stated we would have to pay $2400 (three months of rent) buy out to get out of the lease, literally right after telling Braden, her words, "we are stuck". Finally after a few hours, our attorney had received a copy of our lease.
Moving forward, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. These people are AWFUL and very DIFFICULT to contact and SO DISRESPECTFUL. DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF and then DISREGARDED. We have been very respectful and understanding/kind through this whole process, but Lynn has made us feel as if we are WORTHLESS. This has been such an awful experience, PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES
I recently went apartment hunting and looked into some bielinsky apartment blocks in mukwanago, the service was ok but my request was quickly denied because I did not have a cosigner. despite the fact my income was 10 times the rent. And even worse this company seems to have a near-monopoly on the apartments in my area.
I cannot say enough about Bielinski. They were there in '13, to find a rental for 2 boys & a dog in 30 days. They helped looking for over a year, for the empty nest apartment, near where I worked. I had to leave, then move out of the area to take care of my Mom. They didn't just know, the understood and have done wonders for us. I owe them more praise, than I can say. Most caring company, I've known. Thank you so much & I would recommend them to anyone.
I currently live at Whispering Ponds. Beautiful property - I have to admit. Seems though that management doesn't really want to investigate anything and just rolls with what they hear. They do not treat you with respect and are not willing to take an extra step to find out what really is going on. Thank you Elizabeth for treating me like piece of junk.

And her team for managing our apartment complex provides help and is punctual with with our requests on maintenance are is great with following up Does appear there is an ongoing goal to be improving the apartment life and promoting a general respect for neighborhood philosophy. Maintenance team are skilled, kind and professional.
