Worst experience I have ever had from a service department yesterday.

I had my wife drop off my Altima off to have the vehicle serviced (oil change and an inspection of the vehicle) Jason Willey was the service advisor. the vehicle was checked in around 11am , and my wife was told the vehicle would be ready for pickup by 2pm. My Wife had a doctor's appt, and other errands to run later that afternoon, including picking up our daughter from camp. I decided to call around 1:50 to check on the vehicle since we were headed in to pick it up, I spoke with Jason Willey who told my that the vehicle hadn't even been seen yet! I asked Jason Willey why he wouldn't have called, he was suppose to call by 2pm to tell us to pick the vehicle up, and Jason gets an attitude as if he is doing me a favor by working on my car, and states that I didn't have any appointment......? If you never committed to 2pm I wouldn't have dropped the car off i stated, so my wife and I sat around waiting for nothing for 3 hours???? I told Jason to connect me to the service manager Dave Ferguson. I got Dave's voice mail, I left him a message, 2 minutes later Jason Willey calls me back still being cocky and arrogant, and stated that he could get me into a loaner car, and mid way into his conversation he begins to talk to Dave Ferguson with me still on the line as if I wasn't still on the phone, his demeanor, and terrible customer service skills, along with that fact that Dave Ferguson never addressed my voice mail, but rather had a discussion as if I didn't exist motivated my to pick the car up immediately and take to to Sheridan Nissan for the service.

Avoid Jason Willey if you value competent customer service, and shame on Dave Ferguson as a manager for not addressing a customer issue.

the inspection that Sheridan did revealed that I need more work then an oil change, and I have happy to service with them for now on. Never again Porter Nissan until you have better staff then Jason Willey and Dave Ferguson!

Service appointment for recall on the AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) system - a software reload to correct an issue with the AEB system. It took about as long as expected, and Porter provided a fairly comfortable place that I could work on my laptop. It was a productive use of my time while I waited for the work, and I appreciate the work space very much.

I had a loud noise coming from under the hood on the passenger side they called us said they had two tech's look at it but it wasn't coming from the engine so they did some other work on the front side under the hood and the loud sound is gone and my car rides like a dream now !!!
Super Happy I love my Murano and was thankful it wasn't anything major.

Contacted Jason on the phone and told him my problem with my remotes, he stated for me to bring it in and he would take a look at it. Came down on my lunch break and he took a look at it and within 5-10 minutes my remotes were working and I was out the door. I would like to thank Jason Willey for his fast response on my call back and then with his great customer service skills when I arrived.

It was a stress-free and welcoming environment. I was treated with genuine care and Angel Payne was impeccable. She gave me an amazing deal and genuinely wanted to help me. I love my new car and am more than happy with my decision. No buyers guilt for me!

I purchased a used vehicle thru Porter Nissan, I was not provided the Key Code to the keypad on the door of my truck. I called my sales Rep and he advised me it was on the book in the glove box, I looked thru all the pamphlets and books provided and there was no code written anywhere. I called my sales rep back which he has not answered the phone or returned any of my messages. I called the service Dept where I purchased the vehicle and was told that I had to contact Porter Ford service dept, which I did and was redirected back to Porter Nissan. I am feeling like I am getting the run around to get the key code that should have been provided when I purchased the vehicle. I will update this as things progress.

Won't Be Back! Not a genuine dealership or service dept. They are just looking to get your money. The sales staff is not friendly or willing to take your offer of buying to the manager to buy a car and not willing to negotiate. When calling to inquire about the Service Dept, the person on the phone is just looking to get off the phone without truly answering your questions or providing you with the correct procedures on Saturday morning Express Service.

The manager here really went the extra mile to try to help me. I had gotten the key stuck in my car. I'm really impressed with his level of customer service. The support staff was just as impressive. They made a two hour visit extremely pleasant. Keep doing this. Your kindness could brighten someone's dreary day.

Terrible work. Charged me 200 dollars for positive terminals because of corrosion.. next day car is dead. Pop hood, corrosion still on terminals. This was on top of 900 dollars on transmission work. The smack in the face was that when I got the car back my front door had been dented..like a tech opened it onto something.. coddle me amd tell me they'll make it right.. picked it up tonight and the door looks even worse. Cutting my losses..know of a few people that tried to warn me about them. Make the drive to a different dealer if you must have to pay the outrageous dealer markups on service work.

Even though I can understand that the work I needed done was the day before the 4th of July, if I had known that the auto body shop wasn't open on weekends I would have never had my Nissan taken to the dealership. And would have sent else where like Pep Boy's. Kind of felt like there heels were dragging a bit too on a simple repair of a new transmission pan and fluids replenishment.

Had my car towed there after it got flooded. My insurance dealt with it quickly and got everything done to be authorized. I called everyday for a week to check the status of my car but no one gave me a direct answer or returned my phone calls. My car sat there for a week without anyone touching it or working on it. The mold was so bad that my car got totaled because no one bothered to fix it. Called to speak to a manager and he lied to me and said it was my insurance fault that they didn t work on it. But I had proof everything had been authorized. They are liars and cost me a car. I will never do business with them again. A quick fix that should have been done in three days cost me my car because of their neglect. Don t do business here!

Brought my rogue in for a recall on the automatic braking that would happen randomly during a drive - they scheduled me right away and also took care of the crash sensor light that came on afterwards. They got back to me very quickly and made the process pretty easy as well. Feeling safe while driving was a huge concern so I really appreciated them resolving the issue quickly. I haven t had any issues with the braking since then and all seems well. Thank you!

Our experience at Porter Nissan is always a positive one. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Our last visit our Service Advisor was Chris Lilly, he was very friendly and helpful. I always recommend all my family and friends to Porter Nissan's service center and we will continue to bring both cars there in the future.

I have gotten three vehicles from Porter Nissan now and the reason I keep going back is their exceptional customer service. Car buying/leasing is usually a NIGHTMARE of an experience. I ve done it many times, many places, but at Porter it is pleasant and easy. I will never go anywhere else ever again for a car.

It was time to consider buying a new car and we were not looking forward to it. I would rather have a limb removed than deal with buying a car. So, we did our research and made a list of the dealers we would visit.

Porter had been servicing our prior Nissan so we decided we would go to them first. We would then go to the next dealer with Porter s info in hand. That was until we met Alex Nichols.

Alex greeted us without rushing us or hovering. We sat at his desk and chatted about what we wanted. He explained the features of each model and the pros/cons of what we wanted. He then took us out and showed us a variety of cars that met our requirements. At no time did he put any pressure on us or try to "up sell us. It felt more like a chat than a sales effort. Alex is extremely knowledgeable but admitted when he didn't know an answer. He got the answers while we were test driving.

We were so happy working with Alex that we decided to buy from him. After agreeing to a price, we met with Eric Gawel, the business manager, to complete the paperwork. Eric continued the experience we had with Alex. No pressure and he spent all the time we needed answering our many questions. We never felt like he was trying to rush us or push us along. There is a lot of paperwork with lots of blocks and he explained each one.

Alex and Eric have totally changed our impressions about buying a car. I can't recommend them enough. And I think we should thank Porter Nissan for setting an environment that allows people like them to thrive.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever encountered and I've been on both sides of the coin. My salesman Rick Neil was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous through out the whole process. They gave me a great deal on my purchase and a great offer on my trade. I would absolutely recommend going to see Rick Neil for any of your car purchasing needs, and the guys at porter nissan were great.

Looking forward to my next purchase with these guys.

I had an outstanding experience at Porter Nissan!!! I came to Porter Nissan because I was very dissatisfied with another Nissan dealership. I checked the inventory on line and noticed that they had the exact color of Rogue Sport that I was looking for. My salesman, Leland Jones, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Nissan product that I was looking at and he even helped me to get into an SL model instead of an SV model. In only a few hours, Leland had me in a vehicle that I was totally in love with. Bill, the finance manager was very professional and extremely helpful. He explained everything I was signing fully and understandably. I did not feel rushed and he made sure that all my questions were answered and taken care of. It was hands down the BEST experience I ve ever had buying a new car. Alycia helped me take delivery of my new vehicle and she was also very knowledgeable and very helpful in showing me all the bells and whistles on my new car and how to work them. I am extremely satisfied with Porter Nissan and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I come across who may be in the market for a new or used vehicle!!!

They care about cost vs need when it comes to service and purchasing. I can't say enough good things about them. I wouldn't go or drive anything else but a Porter Infinity.

This is my second used car from Porter Nissan. If you want a no haggle experience and not spend all day at a dealership, then this is the place for you. I was in and out in an hour, with my "new" 2011 Nissan Rogue. Rhen was very resposive and even entertained my three kids while I finalized the financing. He went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was ready for me on arrival all cleaned up and ready to go. Scott was very nice ans helped secure me 2.19% financing for my pre-owned vehicle...better than my personal bank! Everything, was exactly as advertised on the website. I would go back here a third time, for sure.

I took my car there for service and tire rotation. I was charged for a service that was never done and I was told it was done. I know for a fact that fires were not rotated since I had a flat tire two prior to the service and I knew the location of each tire. I can t trust this service center any more.

Stephanie is very rude. She does not give correct information and then she brushes it off like no big deal. 2 of my child's Christmas presents were in the trunk of my car. I called on Thursday the 21st because I was going to go get them out of the car and Stephanie told me that I was getting my car back on Friday. I did not get my car back on Friday so I called on Saturday. Saturday Stephanie said it was fine to come get them. My dad and niece went to get them they were told they couldn't because the body shop wasn't open on Saturday. I called back and spoke to Stephanie again and her response was I don't know what you want me to do. She didn't apologize once and since she didn't feel like resolving the problem she hung up on me.

He demonstrated outstanding customer service, and did everything possible to ensure I got the right vehicle for me at what I considered a fair price. Jason quickly addressed and resolved all of my questions and concerns, took care of minor issues with the vehicle, and went above and beyond to treat me like a valued customer. This was my first time bringing my Maxima in for service at Porter Nissan and I couldn't have had a better experience! Richard the service manager was very polite and patient he explained all the recommended service options, gave me a tour of the facility and repeatedly thanked me for my time & business.

The turn around time of my car being serviced was fast and didn't break my pockets! I look forward using Porter again in the future!

I was told that I would receive a call whe the car...

I was told that I would receive a call whe the car tags came in. The expiration date on the temporary tag was 1/10/2020. On Tuesday, January 14th I realized that the temp tag had expired. I called Nissan service and asked about the tags. I was told that they had come in that morning. However all the documents indicated that they were completed on January 9th. I should not have had to call Nissan. I would have been very upset if I had been pulled over by police for an expired tag.

My overall experience was excellent. Both Leeland Jones and Matt Flanagan addressed all of my needs and made sure that my expectations were met. They are both very professional. In fact every staff member I met during my visits were professional and kind.
This is my 2nd purchase with Porter and Leeland was my salesman for both. Very happy with his professionalism.

Bought 3 new cars there last one I ve had nothing but trouble with the radio
First it s nothing is wrong second it needed a new antenna third was again nothing wrong
I came home again with it & it s not working
I asked them to replace the radio they said no
Paid fifty thousand for a car they are to cheap to fix
I ll only go there to get oil changes & will never buy again
You want to make the Customer happy
So a car again with a no good radio
Not even a return call to see if it s working

This was my third vehicle purchased from Porter Nissan, and as always the sales and finance people were very helpful and they gave me a slightly better trade in price than I was quoted at carmax (without their knowledge to what that price was) so I was happy with that.

The first time I took my car to this dealer I aske...

The first time I took my car to this dealer I asked to to inspect the car because it was shaking. They told me I needed new tires and an alignment. They also told me i needed new brakes, I had just replaced them with performance brakes prior to the visit. Took the car to ntb for tires and an alignment and they informed me that the car had 2 bad tie rod ends and bad suspension. Second time they replace my steering column and broke a harness in the process but are unwilling to do anything about it. NEVER AGAIN
