Worst experience I have ever had from a service department yesterday.

I had my wife drop off my Altima off to have the vehicle serviced (oil change and an inspection of the vehicle) Jason Willey was the service advisor. the vehicle was checked in around 11am , and my wife was told the vehicle would be ready for pickup by 2pm. My Wife had a doctor's appt, and other errands to run later that afternoon, including picking up our daughter from camp. I decided to call around 1:50 to check on the vehicle since we were headed in to pick it up, I spoke with Jason Willey who told my that the vehicle hadn't even been seen yet! I asked Jason Willey why he wouldn't have called, he was suppose to call by 2pm to tell us to pick the vehicle up, and Jason gets an attitude as if he is doing me a favor by working on my car, and states that I didn't have any appointment......? If you never committed to 2pm I wouldn't have dropped the car off i stated, so my wife and I sat around waiting for nothing for 3 hours???? I told Jason to connect me to the service manager Dave Ferguson. I got Dave's voice mail, I left him a message, 2 minutes later Jason Willey calls me back still being cocky and arrogant, and stated that he could get me into a loaner car, and mid way into his conversation he begins to talk to Dave Ferguson with me still on the line as if I wasn't still on the phone, his demeanor, and terrible customer service skills, along with that fact that Dave Ferguson never addressed my voice mail, but rather had a discussion as if I didn't exist motivated my to pick the car up immediately and take to to Sheridan Nissan for the service.

Avoid Jason Willey if you value competent customer service, and shame on Dave Ferguson as a manager for not addressing a customer issue.

the inspection that Sheridan did revealed that I need more work then an oil change, and I have happy to service with them for now on. Never again Porter Nissan until you have better staff then Jason Willey and Dave Ferguson!
