The sale person was nice. He talked me and didn't put any pressure on me to sell. He was able to answer all my questions. He showed me the car and showed me how to work the features. Most of all he always had a smile and didn't make me feel rush. He took his time with me.

My Nissan experience is always pretty dope. The reps are always nice and personable. Their boss came in (I assume on his day off) while I was checking in and the atmosphere remained very relaxed. No one stiffened up because he stopped by and he was also very cool! I genuinely love the entire Nissan experience. I'm never annoyed or regret my decision. As for my service, I was in & out. There was work I needed done that I didn't expect and was quoted a 2 hour wait time and it was done in about an hour and 15 minutes. Thumbs all the way up.

We really appreciated Eric's no-pressure approach and "going above and beyond" to take good care of us. We would definitely work with him again. I appreciate the customer service/interaction with your employees, but it shouldn t take nearly 2.5-3 hours for an oil change. If you re open 6 days a week the same amount of techs should be available on all those days. Just because it s Saturday, shouldn t be an excuse. And your cost for some repairs are astronomical.

In my experience, Porter Nissan does what it takes to get you to buy their automobile. But once you walk out the door after purchase, there s a significant drop off in customer service. I purchased a Murano in the fall, it s now almost February, and I still don t have my tags. I texted, called and left voicemail for my sales rep. No reply. I called and spoke to operator, who said she would follow up with me. Still haven t heard. And when I went to get my second temporary tag, they asked me for documents unrelated to my purchase. Here s hoping......

After visiting several Nissan dealers, and getting no where... I finally landed at Porter Nissan and I am glad I did. Porter had a great selection of vehicles for us to look at and we eventually ended up with a gorgeous 2014 Altima. Our salesman JT was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. The management team, Bill George and Ed Gamatoni, were also very helpful in getting us top dollar for our trade and making the payment affordable. The guys at Porter made the experience one of the best I have ever had while purchasing a car...felt like family. I highly recommend that if anyone is looking for a new Nissan, they check out the guys at Porter!!!! Well done guys!!!!!!

Alex was the ultimate salesman. He listened and understood my concerns but also made me think realistically. I was flipping a great deal of money from my previous loan and he and Eric did everything they could to get me out of the car I was in. The (Nissan rogue) bought originally from enterprise was an awesome car for an awesome price. I just needed something a little bit bigger and Porter was able to accommodate. First off I want to commend the people who work in the service department! They were extremely helpful and caring. The person who helped me the most was Zee in the service department. My 2015 Nissan had a transmission issue, which made me unable to drive home to DC. I was stressed and couldn't make it to work or school during the week. Zee took the time to handle my issue and assured me a rental car. He said, "ms. Benjamin we are going to take care of you !" If I have any issues with my car I will defiantly return! Thanks Zee

I just purchased a 2008 Lexus ES350 from Porter Nissan and was extremely pleased with the experience. Due to my time constraints, Terrance Clark basically had the deal done by the time I got there. I received a fair rate for my trade in and the car was ready to go when I got there. Terrance was very helpful and knowledgable with teh service he provided.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2014 nissan sentra in feb 2018 with 39k miles on it. This week it broke down with an internal transmission problem. I do not recommend shopping with porter nissan if they sell cars that break down after a year of driving. I bought a relatively newer used car so i wouldn't have to deal with these issues, but now I'm stuck paying off a car that is not drive-able.

Edit:
The service management team from porter nissan has reached out to me regarding my car problems. They offered any assistance they could be to me. I am currently waiting on repairs at a different nissan location and will edit again once completed to reflect my overall experience.

Mr. Leland Jones was the car salesman who sold me my new Nissan Rogue, he was very knowledgeable and patient. He made it easy to understand the difference in leasing, and purchasing a new car. Mr. Leland was kind he never stopped looking for the car of my dream and though him my dream car is now in my procession. If you are in need of a new car go see Mr. Leland you will not be sorry but glad you did trust me. He took the time to explain how the car operates when he wasn't feeling well and right up to closing. Not many people will spend time as he did with a customer. Buy your car from Porter Nissan, the staff there treated me with the uttermost respect. Thank you, Mr. Leland, for a job well done.

I always receive excellent service from Porter Nissan when I take my car into service. The Service Advisors make sure the customers are provided with any and every convenience they can offer. I usually stress about car problems but when I take my car to Porter Service Center, I feel so calm and my daily routine can continue with ease because I know things are being taken care of.

Best advice my mother ever gave me was to take my vehicle to the dealership for maintenance/repairs versus just choosing the cheapest option. Unfortunately I veered away from that advice and chose a reputable mechanic near me thinking the closest dealership was 30 min away. I was pleasantly surprised, if not a little frustrated at myself, to find this location only 10 min from my home. Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Dan is my service liaison and absolutely AMAZING at his job!! Front desk staff were friendly as well. Joshua is an awesome mechanic and I plan to request him any time my truck needs service. DEFINITELY coming back here for as long as I'm in this area.

Glad to find exemplary service here like I was used to at Pacific Nissan in San Diego.

When a car that you liked has been stollen, you certainly don't feel like buying another car but you have to do just that. I shopped around but ended up where I had bought my last car, Porter Nissan. My sales consultant, Jason Souder, was considerate of my situation and spent extra time to put me in a vehicle that would serve my needs. He answered all questions and walked me through the purchase process. The remainder of the sales team (manager and finance advisor) were also great. Jason has volunteered to answer any questions I may have with that "fancy" navigation system in the future and I am sure I will have some. I now have my second Nissan Altima from Porter Nissan and am happy to recommend Nissan, Porter Nissan, and Jason Souder. My thanks to all!

I liked how accommodating they are and how they treat each issue as urgent. We were traveling to the South for a funeral and had some transmission problems. We were absolutely amazed on how friendly the service team were to us. Although they had to keep the car for diagnosis, we were still able to continue on our travels as they provided a loaner car to us. Thr Sevice Manager and my sevice agent, Jason put the customers first. I am from Northern NJ and I would take the 3 hour ride again for this location to service my car. My car is running excellent, better than the day I brought it!

Ive reached out to 6 Nissan mechanics that ive known for years and i have been assured that the drive shaft don't need to be replaced remove yes but not replaced to do this job.

I've been satisfied Porter Nissan customer for a decade in both sales and service. The Nissan product has been very reliable for the multiple Nissan vehicles I have and continue to own. Lyle Price has delivered excellent service year after year for all of my service visits. He is a master of anticipating the customer needs and very knowledgeable about any service issue. He consistently goes the extra mile for ensuring service visits are a smooth experience. I've followed the suggested maintenance schedules and have had essentially no mechanical issues for my vehicles. Keep up the good work!

They didn't know where it was but after some confused conversation they located it. Brought it around for a test drive. It was filthy inside and out. I can look past that because dealership detailers can work magic. The sales guy just kept insisting on the Car Fax pricing as if it were legit. No effort to sell a Shitbox of a car. Ill never set foot in one of their dealerships again.
