They are starting again not to allow your spouse to accompany you on a doctors visit. They are driving people to the brink of insanity over this propaganda of a pandemic. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves for participating in this farce!!

The ER lost my friend's purse with $500 cash and all the credit cards and everything in it and they still have not come up with it! Absolutely ridiculous! It has been 4 days and she has not even received a complimentary phone call! She made a police report in the parking lot before we left the property next morning. Her O2 stat was at 79% when I went and checked on her right before 10 PM. I rolled her on her back and placed her purse underneath her knees. When came back they sent me to room 3 in the ER and when I got there she was not in her bed. There was no nurse at the station so I had to find one and when I did they told me he had been admitted and that's all they would tell me. When we arrived there was a gentleman at the ER station that was upset because his mother's belongings had been misplaced and nobody knew anything about anything! And then my friend's purse gets stolen from underneath her legs 2 hours later! They took advantage of an elderly lady that was due to low oxygen! I believe my friend has a right to sue!

I Just Recently 3 Days Ago Had a Baby At This Hospital The Nurses, Dietary, &&' Everyone Else Were Amazing, Polite, Made Me Feel Comfortable! I Had To Have a Emergency C-section &&' I Am So Grateful For The Staff That Encouraged Me Afterwards Especially Hannah "RN" She Was Amazing &&' Also Another With A Bob Type Cut "Black Hair" She Stayed By Me The Hole Time During My C-section and Helped Calm Me Down! This Is an Amazing Hospital &&' I Would Recommend To Everyone I Know!

I love the care that the people have give me I would' nt change anything the 6th and the 5th floor are the best in the hospital

I would give 5 stars but in the 3 days I was there I was never offered clean bedding. Or bath towels wash clothes my wife had to go get them.

First off nobodies "man" was on the 3rd floor after having surgery unless it was a c/s to deliver a baby. 3rd floor is women and children services. And 2nd every single hospital or medical facility you go to is going to have a bad review at some point. PBRMC has alot of awesome and careing staff as well. Unfortunately a few bad apples have rottened the whole tree. I hope as this community grows they get some more good apples in there and continue to go down the right direction.

The best part was that Dr. had such kind, confident, reassuring bedside manner. I was lucky to be all clear, and after having such a positive experience, I plan to have all of my annual breast imaging done at the Bedford Breast Center from now on. I highly recommend the Bedford Breast Center and Dr. Heather Richardson.

They tooked good care of me while I was in the hospital

I'm extremely upset with the behavioral center. They released my paranoid schizophrenic brother and sent him to a homeless shelter where he was then turned away bc thy didn't have room. They were notified that he had a ride home the following day as it is 3 hours away. He then hitch hiked 3 hours home and arrived with no follow up instructions. When I called to see if they could send his follow up appt date and where he is supposed to go, they said they could not release Information to me when he had signed a release form for me while he was in there care so I could receive updates and follow up care instructions.

After a weeks stay, I'd give PBRMC a higher rating, if the food was better! Otherwise this place is Great!

I got mrsa in there hospital, very dirty and er staff is very rude

Nurses always claim things are crazy even though you can see them all chatting around the front desk. They say they ll check back every half hour and never come around till 3 hours later. Rare to ever see a doctor. If you re having an emergency, don t come here.

It is a disappointing experience when your husband is treated badly. Our experience in the ER was horrible first my husband has had a heart attack so when he is having chest pains and passing out on me I called an ambulance. But when my husband arrived at the hospital the Dr refused to see him and the nurses didn't know what to do. Thank God the Dr on the other end of the hall filled in. I would like to know what could be done about that Dr.

I couldnt have asked for better care of a loved one recently. The ER staff, Jeff, Nate and the doctors were absolutely amazing. Thanks to everyones quick action the effects of a stroke were greatly reduced and the PCU and ICU staff were attentive and caring..Very proud of the care at PBRMC

I have only had good care here. My sister was here from out of town, became Ill, nothing but good care. I would reccomend this facility.

Rude! Staff hung up on us when trying to find out more information about a relative in the hospital with stage 4 cancer. Instead of saying something along the lines of: I m so sorry Ma am we can not communicate that if you don t have a passcode. Instead, when we replied that we didn t know the passcode and they went and outright disconnected the call.

This by far is the worst hospital that I've been in the entire world. I wouldn't take my dying animal there much less be seen by that facility. The triage nurse talked to me like a dog and thank God for cell phones I was able to record her vile behavior. Ironically I'm a renal research pathologist and I left the medical field because of ignorance like that. My wonderful Aunt Kathy heard from me at the State Medical Board bright and early this morning and she was not happy thanks to the staff there and the lovely Dr. O...the African American doctor who commutes from Georgia to Poplar Bluff Missouri and knows nothing about the town to refer me to anyone. WOW...what school gave you a degree??

Other than Dr. Pavan Palepu who took something I had said as a joke and reported it to my husband as a sign I was mentally disturbed, and WAS NOT even my REAL Doctor there, the staff here were amazing! So kind and caring and made me feel welcome. They would go out of their way to get ANYTHING that I needed! My actual Doctor there was Dr. Syed M. Sayeed MD who is an AMAZING and CARING man that I would absolutely recommend 100%
