Super concept, beautiful clothes !! In theory it is really a great idea ... But in practice, very limited choice of clothes in my size (38) and in season, sometimes you have to wait several months to get the desired garment, some subscribers probably keeping clothes several months and therefore finally for 149 it's expensive. Pity...

A DISASTER. SCANDAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNABLE TO JOIN. TO AVOID.
I I had a problem because I could not return the clothes I had ordered, and therefore neither to order new ones. I contacted customer service by email about this several times, but remained unanswered. I tried to unsubscribe but suddenly impossible as my account was blocked. This time I tried to reach them by phone but I came across the answering machine. I managed to find a phone number on Instagram. The person answered me to click on "unsubscribe" on the site ... Thanks for the advice! In short, the person was still a little help since he forwarded the information and we finally answered my emails. I asked for the unsubscription and reimbursement of the month not consumed. We are a month later, and I have just been charged ... While I had asked for my unsubscription! It's go again...
In summary, too much energy expended in the wind.
On the selection, ok the brands are cool but I also had the impression of having the least nice articles of the collections ... The articles which remain unsold and sold at -70%.
PS: I rather recommend Le Closet (one of their competitors) which has excellent customer service!

I think L'habibliotheque is a great concept! With a wide choice of clothes it allows me to change all the time. I only buy basics and I save real money!
Even if the concept is evolving, the team remains very attentive and the collections are more and more beautiful each month.
The service was TOP !!! but it degrades .... the marks changed to pull down, some sizes are very complicated to have. Since there is the new subscription at 49 the clothes are blocked for 1 month so more turnover.
Communication also deteriorates .... I am leaving the group after 18 months of membership.
I just love it ! Even so, I always find the dress, the jacket, the top that renew my wardrobe cheaply, fashion and more. And clothes are really worn all the time rather than sleeping in closets: it's more respectful of the work of those who produced them. Thank you !
