Mugee really cares about his patients and there are some wonderful staff

This place needs a 0 star rating!! Discusting Dr office where you wait for 3 hours to get seen, the doctor rushes you and crack heads come in and out! Do NOT go here for any reason!

I literally called today 3/1/19 and I heard this this loud music in the background. And this nasty lady picks up the phone and says they were not accepting new patients until the following month. I was like you know what neverrrrrr mind any medical facility that has receptionist like that and playing loud music like it s a house party doesn t deserve to be in business.

This place is so horribly bad I haven't adequate words to describe it. Takes forever to be seen even with an appointment. The staff is rude and makes mistakes all the time, even put my chart in another patient's folder delaying the time it took for my name to be called. The doctors here won't stop taking new patients and therefore get people's info mixed up. They don't answer all your questions and see that your needs are met. This has been my homest experience.

If I could give no stars, I would! This place is absolutely terrible from the wait time and all the staff. Everybody that works here is very rude. I came for a regular checkup and to get a TB test done, the doctor walks in the room and doesn t even say anything. Uncomfortable already, I say hi, how are you? And he looks away and mumbles under his breath! I start explaining my health issues to him and he literally told me to schedule another appointment! After all of this I explain to the nurse that it would be hard for me to come back to get the reading done during their business hours and she told me as long as I call beforehand they would be there until 6-6:30. I call ahead of time to let them know I would be there around 5:15 to get my reading done and guess what! They were closed! Please do not waste your time on such a horrible place!

This place is horrible doctors don't know what there talking about I think you can pay your appointment with a EBT card

They act like people dont have nothing to do but wait on them if the say 2 it will be 3 30 the staff is terrible I dont even no if the nurses are nurses

Dr Mageeb is a gift from God . His compassion for caring is of the highest lever . He saved my life twice . One of the best Doctors to come around in a very long time . Please use Twin Rivers Medical Center for all you medical needs .
