I went here for a party for my friend's birthday, and the service was terrible. My boyfriend and I couldn't find a parking space, and when we finally did, some guys jumped in back of our car and didn't let us park. They claim that they were saving the space. When we called security to help us, the security told us that we had to leave because they were "saving the space". We were threatened, and our car was hit multiple times by the guys who were forcibly obstructing the space. Security did nothing to try to help us because we are people of color, and the men who were responsible for damaging our car were white. I didn't feel safe and I thought the guys were going to follow us when we left. Security at this place is very rude and only caters to Caucasian people. It sucks because this place looks really nice.

The hotel was very nice. I stayed in a suite with my wife and kids and the beds were comfortable (which is always a big deal for me). They had several pools which my family had fun at. There were only a few small areas I felt could use improvement. The room did not have a microwave, and the toilet took a long time to refill. Other than these things, our stay was great!

Clean rooms! Friendly staff! The Falls pool area is nice with friendly poeple. At night it's quite loud until late and poeple were knocking on our door and running off at 2am. A bit annoying! And the price of the rooms are so reasonable that pretty much everyone can afford a staycation!

Waiter, Nash was good !
Very disappointed there was no venison... no lamb.. no duck.

A recent friend took me here for a night. It was absolutely beautiful. Set back in the mountains in a quiet area! Great customer service up at the desk and out front. Only problem was the hot tub near our room wasn't working, the guest service just said sorry. That was a bit of a disappointment considering it was part of the accommodations that are included in what we paid for.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ! Worst stay at a hotel I have ever had ! Beds are god awful. .. but the worst was at 630 am they started doing construction on the roof right above our room ... I called to the front desk to see what the deal was and the lady said she would check and have someone call ... when she called back she said yes there is work being done on that building but it was not right above me and proceeded to try and tell me it just sounded that way . It was absolutely right above my room . So I asked her if it was a usual for them to book rooms knowing that they are gonna be doing construction and she said no that it was something that was not planned , she lied. I talked to the guys doing the construction and they said they were replacing the entire section of roof right above my unit do to it being leaky .... inside the room there were old stains on the ceiling from it leaking so obviously this was not something that had just happened that morning ... she said she was sorry and said goodbye

HOWEVER, initially, we were placed in their lowest end room on the third floor - it was depressingly dark and small, with a tiny twin sized, NO windows facing outside.

Nice room, wonderful staff, and lots of pools. The buildings are well maintained and it's fairly easy to get to from I-17. A little dated, but the Backlit mirror in the vanity and magnified wall mirror is a nice touch. The closet has a light that turns on when the door is opened and there is ample separation from the bedroom and the front of the suite. Parking can be VERY limited during the busy season.

From the moment I attempted to book a room at this hotel all the way up to leaving the hotel, it was a horrible experience. It was my birthday and my girlfriends. The only nice thing I can say is that the presentation of the wine and cake my mom sent me (not the hotel) was cool.

I would go in detail but I don't even want to think about it anymore. Stay away from this place the management is terrible and does not know what customer service entails. Very disappointed with this Hilton property.

Lots of pools and hot tubs. They were all over the place and just across the street were beautiful hiking trails. Everything you need is right there. Every staff member I had the pleasure of having contact with was more than helpful and extremely pleasant. Great place for a night out. The dinner has the best food in the valley.

Hiking, swimming, tennis, and golf are always available. The Pointe in Tyme bar and restaurant is a great place to eat and drink. The Different Pointe of View restaurant has a gorgeous view!

First class service with nice rooms. Great restaurants with an amazing sunset view from the mountaintop Different Pointe of View! Lots of great pools and even an adult pool for those preferring kid free zones.

My husband and I have stayed here at least 8 times because of family in the area. The rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. We are not concerned with the view. Pools are nicely segregated - Adult, Family, Falls and the main area. Have never had reservation problems or anything of that sort. Have never seen bugs. We have used the bar and restaurant - they are pricey but service is good and food is a B+. They also have a shuttle service for onsite travel. On the down side, their version of King bed is on the small side and the AC never seems to get cool enough. Perhaps a little updating of the rooms is needed. We will continue our visits.

The resort needs updating and to better clean the rooms. I was in a couple of the rooms to had noticed the cleaning issues, items wore out and not replaced. The food is over priced for the quality. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Just called the Tapatio Cliffs Resort direct just now to ask about the hotel. I was undecided on what resort I wanted to stay at so I figured i would call and chat with someone at each one and make my decision. Well after speaking with the lady at Tapatio Cliffs, who couldn't get me off the phone fast enough i decided to stay at Squaw Peak where Betty was so nice and really explained the Squaw Peak Resort and all its great features. Hint: Tapatio Cliffs you should not be so rude and in a rush when speaking to future guests!

Four of us dined today at "Pointe Hilton's Tapatio Cliffs" 7th Street and Thunderbird Road restaurant for their Christmas buffet. Server Daniel and Assistant Manager Kathy Kretchmer provided superior service and the scrumptious selections of fish, meat, pasta, and of course deserts were mouth watering. Well worth the price for a Christmas buffet. We were surprised that the staff was able to attend to our every need even though the restaurant was booked solid with reservations. The waitstaff anticipated our need for beverage refills without our needing to call them over. We were able to move quickly through the food line as several employees closely monitored the quality and quantity of each food area. Our heartfelt thanks for having such a professional staff on hand. They all made our visit a most enjoyable holiday celebration. You did not disappoint and improved over prior year offerings.

Price was good $129 for the night , 2 breakfast buffet coupons and free shuttle was nice , the only through back was the spider webs and spiders in our room , I submitted pics to the front desk staff and they noted it to be taken care of .. no discount or anything to follow ..

Very nice resort. Great staff. Very attentive. A pool at every building if you want a more intimate experience. There is a main pool with a bar and cabana's if you prefer more activity. The food was excellent regardless of where you ordered. Even room service was good, a bit pricey but good. Would have given 5 stars but the rooms need to be updated. I had a king suite. They were clean and well maintained but dated. Older model tub with a massage shower head. Dim lighting. Couch was dark and drab. Small balcony. This is definitely for relaxing, little to no nightlife. No shuttle service to or from the airport. I

This Resort hotel is in need of updating especially rooms, bedding, bathrooms, parking is bad, rooms not easy to find. Had no hot water later in the evening. Room services closes too early. Should have more amenities since there's nothing around this area. The bedroom was too small one side of bed was too close too window/drapery.

Bar was great. Storm Warning is a dangerously good drink. Pools were nice and cool. The rooms were comfortable. My only complaint is air flow. It wasn't as strong in the bedroom as it was in the front room with the pullout sofa. But even then. 5 stars.

Dinner at the clubhouse was great. We sat outside by the tennis courts and had a relaxing time. Waiters were very prompt, and the food was great without being super expensive. Probably comes from not having the largest menu, but definitely had adequate options. I'd take that trade off of quality and price over more options any day.

The price is right. Pros: two great restaurants, nice pools, nice rooms, near the preserve hiking trails. Cons: no pedestrian paths; you will be driving around the resort even to the pool (weirdly).
