After weeks of bad dealership interactions shopping for used cars online, it was a welcome change to work with Ian and Demetris at Mercedes Benz of Salisbury. Their non-nonsense approach and aggressive pricing allowed me to get a great deal on a used Subaru. I was impressed by how knowledgable Ian was about the vehicle I was looking at (given that it's a Benz dealership), and they went to great lengths to accommodate my questions/requests.

Amazing service department. And we have purchased everyone of our cars here, 8 (or 9?) cars and every single experience was excellent. Including getting the best prices by far.

Beyond disappointed with this dealership and its team. Put a down payment on a GLK250, made arrangements to drive 12 hours to pick up the car, and we were called by the salesman two hours later to inform us that they have elected to sell the car to a customer in the dealership who had not yet put any money on the table. To make the situation worse, we spoke to the manager, Rob who openly said "this happens all the time" and then went on blame his own salesman, Duane for the mistake. Absolutely unprofessional and embarrassing on their part. It is a shame that this team is representing a luxury brand as impeccable as Mercedes-Benz.

We left the Mercedes-Benz (MB) brand for Landrover three years ago due to the poor MB service in the D.C. area. The dealerships in the D.C. area appear to greatly lack in customer service, friendliness, class, and honesty. We we're always use to the superior service by Mercedes Benz in the Northeast until moving to the area.

However, we discovered this gem in Salisbury, MD about two hours from our location and wow! It was the service we we're use to in the Northeast. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, really cared about our needs and wants, inviting, and honest. As a result, we traded-in one of our LandRovers for a new E-class wagon. This dealership brought us back to the Mercedes Benz brand because of their exceptional service and honesty. We highly recommend making the trip out of the D.C. area to at least visit this dealership to get an idea of how real Mercedes Benz dealerships are run. The drive was more than worth it.

I found the car I was looking for at Salisbury Mercedes after 4 months of searching..But I live 2.5 hours away and was afraid it would be sold before I got there..Well Jose Perez assured me it would be there the next day and it was...I arrived at the dealership and what a great experience..Jose did everything right and was cheerful and accommodating..Alex , the sales manager was a real professional and my finance officer was extremely efficient,,DEFINITELY WILL RETURN AND REFER,,,Thank you again, the ride home was HEAVENLY

When I picked up my car from this dealership after my maintenance service I saw a small scratch on the car. Service Manager said he would call me next week to repair the scratch. I am still waiting for a call from him for almost one month.

Had an overall good experience working with Mercedes of Salisbury from across the country. Richard and team went above and beyond to deliver a new car to me sight unseen. Takes a lot of trust. But Richard delivered through some twists and turns with the delivery. Very happy with the car and would buy from them again!

What a great place. Everybody is so helpful and great service. I liked how they treated me so much and how great my 2018 CLA 250 Sport is I returned 10 months later and purchased a 2019 C300 coupe. A Great Experience! I have had my Mercedes E350 since June 2009 -- it was my 3rd E car. But, after noting the changes in automotive and electronic technology, I decided that maybe it was time to move on. I researched and drove other highly rated alternatives to Mercedes and other Mercedes models as well. In the end I decided "if the shoe fits, wear it". The next move was to find the car and deal I wanted. I found a good candidate on-line at MB of Salisbury and sent an internet query about a car that had the features I wanted. Richard Friedman was back to me virtually immediately -- yes the car was still there. Soon I was driving the 90 miles from Washington DC to Salisbury where Richard introduced me to Kevin Dean. Kevin talked to me a bit about my wants, he handed me the keys to the vehicle I was interested in, pointed me in the right direction, and by the time I returned had a more-than-fair trade-in offer ready for me. The car sold itself, as I expected. But, Kevin made the dealership sale. He made it possible for me to pass on a few other competing alternatives in other places through his sensitive attention to my concerns and his very human approach to his role in building a new relationship for himself and his dealership. Five hours after meeting the Pohanka team -- Kevin, Richard, Bruce, Chelsea, I was driving my newest E car home with the conviction that I would direct other Mercedes-interested friends to visit Kevin at MB of Salisbury.
