I was at Salisbury Mercedes with my mother and Mr. Jose Perez a sales rep was exceptional. The customer service we received was out of this world. Being that this was our first time purchasing a Mercedes, he made us feel really comfortable and did not try to pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with. I will send as many referrals his way as I can. Very professional and patient. He was very informative and courteous to us. Dealerships need more sales reps. like Mr. Jose Perez.
