No seal around the shower door. OMG water all over the floor. They need to train their staff when a guest gets stuck in an elevator for over 1 1/2 hrs. Didnt event ask the name of the guest when they finally got her out or make an incident report. The staff called me after 3:30 am didnt even identify himself as a staff and just asked if I was ok. Which i thought was wierd. Of course i said yes then asked are you the one that was stuck in the elevator? OMG NO! said I'm sorry and hung up. Train your staff! To deal with emergency situations! My friend was very upset and in tears. Others in our group had to tell the staff what to do.
