Small store on the Greyhound's route. There is a Dunkin, a A&W and a convenience store. Restrooms are decent. Dunkin's food ain't as good as Tim Horton's.

The lady that helped me at the cash for the "station" was extremely nice and helpful in fixing and re-arranging new tickets to get her home during a difficult and stressful situation when the GF got rejected at the border the previous night for coming up with me to Canada.
i found the title "station" misleading. It's really just a convenience store with an attached Dunken Donuts to it and the bus picks up and drops off in a parking lot area, I remove 1 star for this and this alone.
We purchased a ticket on line. That experience was fine. For me, it's getting easier and easier to interact with the internet and not so much with real people within theses companies. It seems as if they want less and less interaction with their consumers. I went to Greyhound's website to get their phone number and every time I clicked "contact us" it brought me to a page to read. I had to specifically Google: Greyhound's phone number. I shouldn't have had to do another search. The reason for this one-star score isn't even that, but it contributed to it, it's the bus being 3+ hours late. Some notification would be appreciated as we have a time schedule too. When traveling, people make itineraries and when a company doesn't take that into consideration then it leaves a sour taste in your mouth which you remember. The next time I need to travel, it will not be by Greyhound.
Bus drivers were nice, more space to relax, everything is awesome
It's a small-town Greyhound stop, I guess. Indoor seating for passengers, and the guy at the register was super nice given that he was dealing with late-night bus passengers who were having probably unresolvable ticket issues.
Lady driver was extremely rude, was takin twice a month, now I will never take Greyhound again
ZERO star! Very bad company !! They have a lot of problems, the agents and drivers are not professional. We are warned of nothing, if the bus is canceled or late. We had a bus from Washington to New York which was canceled, we paid 200 US dollars per person to go to New York where our other bus was waiting for us from the same company. He was late more than 2 hours. The only refund he offered is $ 39.54, very poor customer service. It is clearly not the first time this has happened and does nothing to improve. Only one advice, FLEE this company.
Pretty far from the last location but still does the job just right. Buses are generally on time. Not sure if you can buy tickets at the door though.
It was a great place, can't buy tickets there but peaceful atmosphere.
Cheap travel but extremely hot, no air conditioning and our bus was delayed and no one informed us
Had bought a ticket online many days before, they oversold the bus so I was refused boarding. Next bus was 12 hours later. Was stuck there and had to call family to pick me up from Montreal. Greyhound never refunded my ticket.
I didn't like how the reservations lady deal with ppl, she has to smile a bit
Always get my tickets here anytime I don't want to travel with my car. The sales clerks are nice as well.
are greyhound buses going from new york city to plattsburgh , last time three months ago it was going to albany , ny half only not to plattsburgh all the way , I want to if greyhound bus is going to plattsburgh at present i mean
at this date buses going there?
Greyhound in general is the worst and should only be used as a last resort, these are some things you can count on.
1) Rude bus drivers
2) Bus arriving late
3) unsafe driving
4) No wifi
5) Sketchy bus stations
6) Rude customer service
If you're ok with all of these then by all means go for a ride on Greyhound.
Located inside a gas station. Service is great, you can get your tickets here or have them printed if you bought them online. There is a Dunkin inside and a few seat to wait. 2 really clean unisex restrooms are available. Schedule is farely accommodating, many routes are open every day
A bit of a weird "bus station" when it's a convenience store with a Dunkin Donuts in it. They actually sell Greyhound tickets at the counter, though. The gas station closes at 11pm, so you have to wait outside for the late night buses, which seem to regularly run 15-30 minutes later than the scheduled time.
They have very nice setup. They have a store there also Dunkin Donuts and friendly employees
Best company for travel for ever . If you have worried about traveling in US or outside chose Greyhound bus transportation
We actually stop here for the Dunkin Donuts shop. As always fresh coffee!
Gas station out if city. Makes money for taxi companies. Inconvenient. Plus, building vloses. So if it's night it early morning..you wait in weather for buses that may it may not show up. It's also the commuter bus to Montreal...but the station...isn't. The staff inside when open sells tickets. Can get helpful and friendly. But nit a real station..with information. Just tickets with surcharge.
Still down but if your looking for the next way to get further south to the next available bus station that is running they have ways to get you to the next bus station currently running... Or email me for fair price covid free clean ride hand wipes hand sanitizer
Avoid Greyhound if you can. They like overbooking their buses. Their old buses break down all the times. Buses they claimed that are express end up being local.
Since this has moved to Route nine, in the dunking donuts/store parking lot, it is a pain, people get off the bus stand in the road and bus takes up so much room
