We purchased a ticket on line. That experience was fine. For me, it's getting easier and easier to interact with the internet and not so much with real people within theses companies. It seems as if they want less and less interaction with their consumers. I went to Greyhound's website to get their phone number and every time I clicked "contact us" it brought me to a page to read. I had to specifically Google: Greyhound's phone number. I shouldn't have had to do another search. The reason for this one-star score isn't even that, but it contributed to it, it's the bus being 3+ hours late. Some notification would be appreciated as we have a time schedule too. When traveling, people make itineraries and when a company doesn't take that into consideration then it leaves a sour taste in your mouth which you remember. The next time I need to travel, it will not be by Greyhound.
