Super noisy people in room next door. Sounded like they were in our room

Comfy pillows, comfortable bed, clean room, washer and dryer (1 washer 1 dryer, wish they had more, but not a deal breaker) small but adequate breakfast, good location, felt very secure. A good selection of restaurants and an hour from Montreal

I am staying in a 2 bed room with my father. The beds are very comfortable, the pillows are soft and large (4 per bed). The beds are large and soft. There is a microwave and mini fridge, temperature control panel, TV, a window with a built in soft seat. The bathroom is great with plenty of towels and washcloths along with bar soap and little bottles of Pantene shampoo/conditioner. Not just a shower, you can take a bath as well. Hair dryer included. Nice staff. My room has plenty of lighting and mirrors. Everything is clean. There is a little desk in the room and plenty of storage. Would recommend to anyone in Plattsburgh who needs a place to stay.

The rooms were neat and clean. The beds were quite comfortable, although the TV was at an awkward angle. The breakfast was just fine, with multiple choices and good food.

We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area.

Very clean, nice hotel. There were a couple of fishing tournaments in town and many rooms were booked. We were traveling to Canada and needed a break from driving. Hampton Inn (totally booked) recommended Microtel.

Very decent price with suite of queen bed and pull out sofa bed. Comfortable. A.C. was cool but not cold enough for me. Breakfast was certainly adequate. No hot items but fine.

Desk personnel very nice and courteous. My first stay at Microtel and very impressed.

The staff is very friendly. We were able to get into the room early. The room is very clean and the staff were really responsive to our needs. I would recommend using them again.

The roo, as you might expect for a hotel named "Microtel", was small. However, it was well arranged and cozy. I must say that I didn't find the bed or pillows at all comfortable, but everyone is different. I did have a neighbor yelling at the top of her lungs for about 10 minutes before she stormed out of the hotel. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, with a few minor hiccups.

Stayed here during my daughter's college orientation. Wasn't sure what to expect. Delighted I wasn't let down.

Saving money or water etc? Bedding was very stiff and itchy. Waited hours to do our laundry, plus dryer took extra and clothes still weren't dry.

Very comfortable rooms with good accomadations. They offer a nice pool for guests. The rooms and building in general seemed very clean to me and all the staff were very courteous. If in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. If visiting the nearby town or college I would definitely recommend staying here.

The beds were somewhat comfortable, room kept very clean and the breakfast food ok if you don't mind carbs but you could hear every little sound made by the cars ouside, people in their rooms, their tvs, etc. I would not stay here again.

For the price it doesn't get better. the room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would def stay here again.

Awesome basic hotel... Extremely clean, beds are well appointed and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I arrived way earlier than check in after a 1000+ mile drive, and they did everything to get me in a room ASAP. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in this price range, and this one definitely tops the list.

Hotel was great!!! No complaints at all. The room was very clean and comfortable. Tons of room for me and a significant other. Also very affordable.

I would bring my own bath bomb next time but I was highly satisfied!

Location is very convenient. Very friendly staff especially Chelsea at the front desk, she was very helpful, sociable and accommodating. Very clean and quite hotel. We will definitely recommend.

Wonderful rooms! I spend 4 nights a week in hotels all over New York. This hotel was absolutely beyond exceptional. Legit the most comfortable bed and pillows I have slept on (including my own) for a long time. Big spacious rooms. Ultra clean. And the staff I encountered were wonderful!

The hotel was good for the price. The sign for the entrance is small, so you might miss it. The room was a little warm even after the thermostat was turned down.

My favorite hotel soo far. It has included breakfast and the rooms are sooo cute!!

I stayed there as part of a Red Cross shelter team. The employees are wonderful, and they even loaned me their office fan so that I could sleep.

We got there extremely late at night on a trip back from Florida and they were really on giving us a room. Service was great & rooms were clean

If you are visiting Plattsburgh, you MUST stay here.

The staff is great and friendly, the surroundings and open spaces is something you will fall in love with. The bars (ONO GRILL AND BAR for sure) are within walking distance. The staff are super friendly.

I pick up customers. They have coffee, hot cereal, tea, muffins, I am welcomed to enjoy while I wait for my clients

This is a fantastic hotel. We came here about 8 years ago and had such a good night's sleep that we decided to come back again this past weekend. The beds and pillows are among the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The room is clean and the amenities are adequate. The biggest downside to Microtel is the breakfast (only toast/bagels, muffins, bananas, yogurt) and the floors. The carpet is bumpy and feels old/dirty. Otherwise a fantastic stay at a reasonable price. I just wish they had king beds or double queen suites for future trips.

Nice comfy bed - rooms a little small. Breakfast is Continental and coffee is from a syrup machine, but overall gave us the rest we needed. Thanks.

I've been traveling since January and this hotel is in my top 5 hotels for the cleansers, friendliest staff, convenient service, and hospitable atmosphere. Save your money and forget the big brand hotels in the area. You will fill like a King or Queen here.

The hotel was great. The room was large enough for a 5 person family. The only thing I could have wanted is more options for breakfast and the inclusion of a gym or pool

The perfect place to stay overnight before our flight.

Very tiny room, no fridge or microwave or coffeemaker but the room was modern and super clean. Free breakfast is nothing to talk about but at least you get free coffee. Staff is nice. Prices are great too.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The jet tub was very soothing after a long day of shopping. Would definitely recommend. We are already planning another trip soon and will be staying here again.
